About: This is from a few years ago now, but everything still applies! I’ve been doing Rover for about 6 years, and watching people’s pets for over 10 years now. Hey there! My name is Abby, I am 30-years young and I absolutely adore all animals!!! My father is a self- proclaimed dog whisperer that is amazing with pets, and he taught me how to safely and successfully interact with dogs at a young age. Since I was a wee one, I have always had a natural ability with pets; they generally tend to be fond of me, dogs especially. I have had ample practice and training, with a wide variety of dogs over that past few years. I have been watching pets for eight years now! From the ages 22 -26, I worked at a school for at-risk girls. There all the faculty members seemed to have pets, and take all these trips! No one there had a reliable pet-sitter, for when they were out of town, so those families were forced to board their pets. So I’m talking to the school nurse one day, she’s newly single & has finished plans to start traveling the world. But she owns Harley, the yellow lab, who has recently aged immensely and is no longer well when boarded anymore. And There I was waiting & beyond ready to start my side-business as a dog-sitter. Harley, became my first client and more so my buddy, I watched him for 1 to 2 week periods, frequently, over the next 3 years. Then, the other staff members began to use my services, also. I had around 5-6 dogs that I would take care of on a regular basis. Whether that meant staying with them at their house, walking them multiple times a day, playing, and anything else that needed to be done! I have been doing Rover for almost two years, now, and am extremely confident in my skills! I look forward to any and all new clients. Feel free to ask me any questions and concerns any time! I currently work PRN as a CNA, which means I pick up shifts when I want to work. This allows me to be able to work around that schedule easily. I care for pets as if they were my own fur baby. I follow common safety practices while caring for animals- keeping them on leash, avoiding other pets during walks, etc. I am extremely vigilant of my surroundings at all times and try to prevent anything bad from happening by using my intuition and common sense.

About: I have worked within veterinary medicine for over 3 years! I love interacting with all the fur babies, and this will allow me to see their personalities unfold at the comfort of their own homes! I’m currently working full time as a vet tech, so I would have 3/4 weekends off (one weekend for kennels)! Weekends, early mornings, and I have evening availability after 6:30! I will provide my client’s babies with all the love and cuddles while their owners are away! I will fed, water, play, and take the babies out to use the bathroom when instructed! We also may have a photo shoot, so the owner’s know their fur child is okay!

About: I have always had dogs growing up and all my adulthood. Also gold fish and a bearded dragon. Pets are part of the family and should be taken care of as family. My availability is quite flexible. I am a private caterer and book my parties out by at least a month. I enjoy the pups and would treat them as my own! I enjoy walks and love taking my dog with me. I have had a crate trained dog before and can adapt to what your puppers is used to.

About: I have taken care of several types of animals including rabbits, dogs, cats, fish, and hamsters. I have personally had a rabbit named Buttercup who lived until she was 13 years old and currently have two dogs and two cats. About: Well I love animals the reason why is because I grew up in a house with 5 dogs 🐕 as I grew up i got more dogs and also cats and reptiles as well. I took care of them as my dog Jake got sick with diabetes I gave him hits shots everyday and medicine that is where my care of animals really kick in. So from there forward I started volunteering at my local animal shelter loving on the animals taking there outside for walks feeding them and cleaning there sleep area. As well I have ptsd so animals play a big party in Comforting that part of my life animals aren't just pets there humans and have feelings as well just like we are. About: I've had a dog or multiple dogs at once since I was 4...my husband and I currently have 6 labs along with 2 cats, and my mothers maltipoo...We have outdoor kennels and we do offer in home boarding for smaller dogs and upon request depending on situation/circumstances and pet personality.We love our dogs and will treat yours like ours. We are currently working from home. So alot of our time is devoted to our animals.we have 2 boys who help out and love animals too. We make sure our kennels are cleaned daily and anything else that is needed.We are homebodies so we are with our animals should they need anything, plus our extra time means extra playtime outside of the kennels. We can care for crate trained animals, outside or inside pets. But you won't have to worry about them being stuck in a small & scary concrete kennel. Your furbaby can stay in one of Our large outdoor kennels with good separation and a common area for playtime. Besides playtime they will love watching the cats, chickens and cows around them.We have a lab and maltipoo inside and can possibly bring your fur baby inside if needed...***may be additional charge for inside,certain breeds or larger dogs***...Just let us know your preferences and we can go from there.
