About: I’ve cared for dogs throughout my life and have experience with a variety of breeds, personalities, and energy levels. As an owner of an energetic German Shorthaired Pointer, I’m especially comfortable with dogs that require lots of exercise and mental stimulation. I work from home full time, so your dog won’t be left alone for long periods. This allows me to provide frequent potty breaks, supervised outdoor play, regular exercise, and plenty of one-on-one attention throughout the day. I do my best to maintain your dog’s normal routine, including feeding times, walks, medications, and bedtime schedule, to help them feel comfortable and at home. Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. My home offers nearly an acre of securely fenced outdoor space where dogs can safely run, play, and explore under supervision. As the owner of an energetic German Shorthaired Pointer, I’m experienced with high-energy breeds and understand the importance of exercise, structure, and mental stimulation. I’m comfortable administering oral medications and carefully following any special care instructions. If needed, I can safely separate dogs during meals, rest time, or throughout their stay to ensure everyone is comfortable. I treat every dog like a member of my own family and provide regular photo and video updates so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind.

Between a full-time job and a quiet household of just me, I have reliable evenings (especially weekends!) free for visits, with your pet getting my full attention. I am employed full time, Monday through Friday 8-5, but no kids or pets of my own currently. I am free after 5pm on weeknights to make sure your pet gets a much need potty break, a delicious meal, and attention filled cuddles. Being a little older means my weekends are much tamer than they used to be - I'm happy to fill them with care for your pup! The comfort of your pet is very important to me. I don't board or care for pets in my own home — I'd much rather they stay in the environment they know best, surrounded by their own smells, sounds, and routine. Less stress for them, and less disruption for you. While I'm in your home, I treat it with the same care and respect I'd want for my own — doors locked, alarms set, mail brought in, and everything left exactly as I found it. You can trust that your pet and your space are both in good hands.

We went out of town during unusually cold temperatures. Our original plan was to have my elderly parents do drop-ins but they couldn’t with the frigid temps. Chyna accepted our last minute request which also happened to fall during the Christmas holidays. We didn’t have to worry about our dog being out in the cold and she even helped open some cabinet doors to prevent freezing when we forgot. Her communication was awesome and we especially enjoyed seeing pics and reading updates. Our dog is not typically an indoor dog but you could never tell the way she kept the area clean.”
About: I’ve spent all of my life with a passion for animals and grew up taking care of pigs for 4-H and FFA as well as riding and caring for about 16+ horses since I was 10 years old. I took veterinary college accredited classes in high school and have owned and cared for 3 dogs over the years. Unfortunately I am allergic to cats but I can take care of them in your home if needed. I’m currently a stay at home mom with a baby on the way in September. I’m am always at home unless I’m out grocery shopping or out at dinner with my fiancé. So I have plenty of time to care and love on your fur baby and make them feel right at home! I have no pets in the home currently and I would only be able to take your dog on walks and around the property to use the restroom as we have no fenced in yard currently. They will be inside most of their stay. When pet sitting at your place I can most of anything that is needed. I do not have a crate available at my house currently so if you would like your baby in a crate or kennel, you would need to supply that as well.
About: I’ve spent my whole life around dogs and cats. I love taking them for walks, the park or helping them learn to swim. I know the importance of giving dogs medications and taking them to appointments. I also keep dogs well groomed while I watch them I currently work full time 5 days a week but but will spend all my free time taking care of your pets. I will check on them throughout the day during work if needed I live in an apartment that has 1 bedroom. The apartment complex does allow animals. I have ring cameras in my place and outside my place to make sure I’m always able to see if my home and the animals are safe

About: I have taken care of dogs of all ages and breeds! I’m very reliable for feeding, walking, and maintaining a safe play environment for your pup! We will be able to go on walks up and down the neighborhood or to local dog parks! I currently only work 2 days at the beginning of the week and am typically home the rest of the time! Your fur baby will be allowed to hang out in my house alone or in their kennel, if preferred! When I am not home, my partner is and has years of pet experience as well! I have 4 super friendly pups that love playing with other dogs in our fenced-in backyard! They are all currently caught up on all vaccinations.

I’m excited to meet and care for your pets:) I am a student at Middle Tennessee State University with classes only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This means I am available often for your pets! I am very attentive of my animals (currently one dog and one cat). I feed them on a consistent schedule and let the dog out every two-three hours. I also provide them with lots of attention, whether they would prefer to be in my skin (my dog) or relax in the same area without touch (my cat). I can be very adaptive to any animals’ needs!

This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
