About: I’ve been caring for pets for a few years, mostly for close friends and family. Whether it’s feeding, walking, or just keeping them company while their family is away, I’ve always treated pets as my own. I often help with housesitting and babysitting as well, so I’ve learned to also juggle multiple responsibilities. I’m currently home for the summer from college, although as back to school season starts, my last day in Bakersfield will be September 15th. With no current academic commitments, I am able to build my daily routine around the pets I care for! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always do my best to keep their routines as normal and comfortable as possible. I’m not afraid to ask clarifying questions about your pets to ensure I am giving them the best care. :)

About: I’ve had many dogs and cats while growing up and with that, I’ve had to take careful care of them in their senior years with medications and their overall well-being. I’ve always been trusted to dog sit overnight at friend’s and family’s houses throughout the years. I am a 2nd year nursing student and currently have the summer off from school leaving me plenty of free time for watching and taking care of animals. My main priority with this job is pet safety of course. I’m very cautious when taking them on walks and when they are around unfamiliar dogs.

About: While I haven’t had formal pet care experience, I’ve grown up around animals my entire life and have always taken care of my own pets. I understand how important it is to give them love, attention, and consistent care. I’m comfortable with daily routines like feeding, walks, playtime, and giving lots of affection. I may not have professional training, but I’m reliable, gentle, and genuinely care about the well-being of animals. I treat every pet like family! I currently work part-time at Chipotle, which gives me plenty of free time to care for your little ones. I’m available in the mornings, early afternoons, and on weekends! When visiting a client’s home, I make sure to follow any specific instructions to keep their pet safe and comfortable. I always double-check that doors and gates are secure, and I pay close attention to the pet’s behavior and surroundings during walks and playtime. I believe in building trust through patience, gentle handling, and creating a calm, fun environment where your pet feels safe and cared for

About: I grew up living with different types of pets and have a degree in animal science. I have also fostered and volunteered at animal shelters I'm currently unemployed, so I'll have plenty of time to play and care for your pups. I'm available any time on weekdays and some weekends I have a fenced yard, space and friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. If needed I have crates for your pups to use

About: Hi, I’m Chloe! 🐾 I’m a Certified Veterinary Assistant and CPR certified, with over a year of hands-on experience caring for dogs and other pets in both clinical and home settings. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs—whether they’re an energetic puppy, a senior with special care requirements, or somewhere in between. I’m comfortable with administering medications, monitoring health, and providing lots of playtime, walks, and snuggles. With me, your furry family member will be in safe, loving, and capable hands while you’re away. 💛 Pet care is naturally part of my day—I’m always making time for feeding, walks, play, and cuddle breaks. I plan my schedule around each pet’s needs, whether that means early morning potty breaks, midday walks, or bedtime snuggles. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s part of my lifestyle. 🐶💛 When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal schedule as closely as possible—feeding times, walks, medications, and play routines—so the pet stays comfortable in their familiar environment. I give regular updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away. 🐾

“Nana is absolutely wonderful. She is now Ollie’s girl!!! Lol. She’s great with him. He likes her. He listens to her. She has the greatest personality. Wonderful lady.”

About: I have taken care of different animals since I was 12, including sick ones for my grandpa who has a ranch, I have 2 huskies I work with animals everyday at Petsmart as a Dog trainer, I have worked with many anxious and very excited dogs in my training classes I'm attentive of their needs for food or potty, I'm a huge animal lover so they will never be neglected and will receive lots of love and pets

About: Dogs have always been so beautiful to me: the sweetest most loyal domesticated animals that deserve nothing but love and care. My family and I have had pets for as long as I can remember! While my family only ever owned smaller breed dogs growing up, we adopted a German Rottweiler from a family who wasn't able to keep him any longer about six years ago and he is the definition of a gentle giant. Our extended families always had dogs and they were my favorite part of family gatherings! I have two beautiful cats, Parsley and Canada, who are going on two years old and love doing their own thing together! I also have a sweet teen pup who I adopted from a shelter in Bakersfield named Moose (he's still getting used to giving my cats some space)! Loving and caring for these animals has helped me mature, adopt new lifestyle choices, and realize that all kinds of life is truly precious. Patience and love is key when taking care and dealing with animals and my fur babies are a huge part of who I am today. I'm currently a full time student in hybrid courses, so the only day I'm on campus is Tuesdays! Pet care is a huge part of my day- I have a breakfast routine for my fur gang, a short morning walk scheduled, a long afternoon walk, and a dinner routine for them too! They're a huge part of my day, when people ask if I have kids I say kinda lol I think they count!! 😌 I make sure all of my pets are comfortable always. Having cats and a dog, I understand that they like their space from eachother so they're often separated to feel as comfortable and relaxed throughout each one of their days. I'd take any direction from you for your pups/cats preferences very heavily; in all honesty, I would want someone to treat my fur baby with nothing but loving care and respect! :-)

Grace O.
“🐾 Grace O. is a gem! Grace looked after my two corgis and two cats while I was away, and I couldn’t have asked for a more attentive and loving caretaker. She made it clear that my pets were not only safe, but genuinely cared for. Grace even noticed the quirky habits of each of my cats—one is shy and prefers quiet corners, while the other is a curious troublemaker. She handled their differences with ease and affection. Coming home to happy pets and a tidy space was the cherry on top. It’s rare to find someone so responsible and warm-hearted. Grace truly has a gift, and I’d trust her again in a heartbeat.”

Maya B.
“Maya was the most considerate and kind young woman that I could ask for in a dog sitter. She took care of my old little chihuahua with such affection. I can tell she has a real passion for animals and you will not regret going with her for anything that you might need for your pets.”

Lindsay L.

“Lindsay was very prompt with communication and my pup and kitty looked very happy after her visit! I will be using Lindsay’s services in the future!”

Clarrissa L.
“Clarrissa is very loving and caring towards pets. I’ve seen her interact with her pets and i’ve seen how cared for they are. She’s also taken care of my dog Luna, and she took the best care of her! I think she would be a perfect fit to take care of others’ pets.”

Nalani B.
“Nalani is a responsible, loving pet caregiver because she has always loved caring and working with animals. She took care of two abandoned newborn kittens by feeding and cleaning them every time even at night, until they were able to find forever homes for them.”

Chloe M.
“chloe worked as a barista while i was her supervisor at starbucks and showed kindness and responsibility. she is currently in school to be a vet tech which also proves her responsibility and love for animals. chloe has pets herself and cares for them very deeply. she is that girl on the street that will always ask to pet your dog. chloe has also dog sat for me plenty of times and has always done a very good job !”

Jennifer C.
“Jennifer is truly one of a kind. She was my go-to person for my dog, Phoebe - a 4.5-pound chihuahua I adopted from the Humane Society. Honestly, she was a huge part of the reason I ended up adopting Phoebe in the first place. Phoebe was only supposed to be a one-night foster but through Jennifer's patience and experience, she became my forever friend and I can't imagine life without Phoebe! Jennifer gave me the confidence to adopt Phoebe. Initially, I was overwhelmed, but Jennifer patiently guided me through everything. From potty training to daily routines, she showed me the ropes with kindness, calm, and a great sense of humor. Her gentle and steady presence rubbed off on Phoebe, who developed the sweetest, most laid-back personality—a rare trait for a chihuahua! I fully credit Jennifer for that. What sets Jennifer apart is her intuition and attentiveness. She always went above and beyond—like taking Phoebe out to sunbathe just because she knew it made her happy. I never had to ask—Jennifer just knew. She’s incredibly reliable, communicates just the right amount, and was always flexible with scheduling, even on short notice. Phoebe absolutely adores her, and so do I. Anyone who hires Jennifer is not just getting a dog sitter—they're getting someone who will treat your pup like her own. I can’t recommend her highly enough!”

Amorita G.
“I have five dogs and I have let Amorita come over to my house and watch them when I leave out of town. She loves them all unconditionally and has raised two of them on her own. She’s great with training and disciplining them when necessary. Her love for dogs is unbreakable. She’s doing an amazing job on raising my dogs.”

Tatiana P.
“Tatiana is an amazing person who I would full entrust my pets with! She is such a sweet soul who is an amazing pet owner as well, Seeing her interact with animals is truly a sight to see because she is extremely good with animals. I can say you can trust her to be the best pet caregiver!”

Tina C.
“Our dog, Sherman, is an older Jack Russell Terrier and Chihuahua mix who can be quite difficult. He is a bit spoiled and tends to run away. Tina has dog sat Sherman many times and has mastered his life. When he is with her, he obeys and generally does what he is told to do. Sherman was cared for by Tina for a week. When she returned him to us at our home, we greeted Sherman at the front door, and he was joyful at being back. But after about 30 seconds, Sherman stopped jumping and barking and ran back to Tina to sadly bid her goodbye. So, it is fair to say that Sherman loves her and recommends Tina as a dog sitter. And so do we.”
