“Christine was a real lifesaver. I live near Pittsburgh and I had a medical emergency in New Jersey that required me to be here for the entire month of August. Christine dropped by my house twice a week to feed my cats and play with them a little bit and she was marvelous. She sent me pictures of the cats every visit and was very good with communication. She was extremely dependable and showed up on time every time as agreed. She was great. Very friendly and very dependable. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Thanks for everything Christine! About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was about 10 years old. They always seem to love me and I love them as well. I also have experience in training as well I’m available all the time as I’m unemployed at the moment. I have plenty of time to spend time and care for pets. I have a dog of my own and he was the sweetest. He gets along with other dogs well I can easily create a dog if needed. But I do have another dog in the home. Your pet can curl up in bed and sleep with my other dogs. I have a fenced in yard and 4 gentle dogs. I can easily crate your dog if needed. Your pet can sleep in doggie bed in my bed with the other dogs or in a crate.

About: I have taken care of two large breed dogs for over a year. I brought them into my home when they were puppies, and cared for them as they grew into adult dogs. For dog walking, I am able to walk one or two dogs at one time. When walking my own dogs, sometimes I would like to go for a little run just to make sure the pups get the exercise they need. For dog sitting, I like to let the pup(s) out for plenty of bathroom breaks. I will do everything I can to ensure that your pet is well-taken care of. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
