“Wendy was an absolute lifesaver! She took in our two dogs at the very last minute when we needed care during a two-week vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. From the beginning, she was kind, communicative, and clearly cared about our pups. She sent regular updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond—when our dogs ran out of food, Wendy didn’t hesitate to make a trip to the pet store to restock for them. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much to us. It was clear our dogs were not only well cared for but also truly loved while staying with Wendy and her family. We returned to two happy, healthy dogs, and it was obvious they had a great time. I’m so grateful we found her, and I would absolutely trust her with our dogs again. Highly recommend!”

At Suzanne’s house he walks in the woods and plays with her older dog. He bonded with Suzanne’s son and I got lots of pictures. Suzanne was very flexible on both drop off and pick up time as I was traveling with friends and didn’t have an exact time. We will definitely be back to Suzanne’s house for dog care.!”

About: We always used Rover for our little miss while we were away. She weighed 12 lbs and had health issues later in life. She recently passed due to old age and instead of owning another new pet we decided to help other people have a happy safe environment for their fur baby. You can tell when you enter a home if it’s truly the right place for your beloved pet. We want to provide that right place for you. We are mostly interested in the small vulnerable dogs that need extra attentive loving care. We are very dedicated to the pets needs and safety. So much so that a dear friend told me that when she died she wanted to come back as my dog. LOL. She saw how we raised our dog, the same as we raised our kids. Lots of love and dedication to their needs. Typically it is just my husband and I but sometimes our two grandkids come to spend the night. They are so good with animals and enjoy playing with them. It’s all about respect and that’s our priority with all animals. We are retired. We love home gardening in the summer and love to go on small daily walks. In earlier years we raised seeing eye dogs for the blind. It was challenging but fulfilling. The hard part was getting attached to the dog but giving it up to go to a new home with someone who dearly needed their helping eyes. We are experienced with professional leash training as well as other aspects of professionally caring for dogs, and special needs dogs. We can administer medicine, eye drops, ear drops, dietary needs. Often the most important job is just to make sure that the “Scooby” treat is doled out at the right times. It can make the time away from their family more tolerable. We are more than glad to forward daily pictures and updates to the away family. Although a picture we posted shows a swim pool we DO NOT have a swimming pool. We know your fur baby’s safety is priority. Our fenced yard is large and perfectly safe from wildlife. We keep a constant watchful eye out at all times. Small dogs are more vulnerable and like very young children should never be left without supervision. We are more than happy to incorporate your pets routine into our daily routine. Daily walks, playing outside, and comfortable rest areas. Bedtime is the crucial time for the pet to feel safe and loved. Our bed or their bed, it’s really up to them.

About: I’ve taken care of pets since being a kid. I’ve grown up around big dogs mainly, like Rottweilers, pit bulls, and German shepards. Currently, I have a cane corso and German Shepard of my own. When in my care, your pets will get to enjoy a 8.5 acre non-fenced yard to explore, play time with my dogs, chickens to meet and care as if they were my own. My top priority is your pets when in my care, and I will always work my schedule around your pets schedule. My main goal while taking care of your animals is to give you peace of mind while on your travels. I’m currently working full time, leaving the house at 7:00. I am able to get sufficient attention to your pets before work. My partner is home by 3 in the afternoons so your pets will be let out earlier. Weekends are generally free (aka more play time!) I always make sure that the specified pets boundaries are with other pets and personal needs. I will take the utmost care of your pet and put their safety first.

About: I have always had animals in my home since I was a little girl! I have raised dogs, cats, farm animals, reptiles, ect. I have been involved with a local animal hospital due to having several family members in the veterinary field and currently work as a dog bather! Because of this, I have plenty of on hands experience. I currently am a college student and athlete. My schedule is pretty dependent on my Soccer schedule and I work part time. But throughout the day I am available for visits and can stay most nights. If you’re flexible with me I am your girl! I’m always playing with my pets, letting them outside and giving them lots of attention! They get fed at certain times of the day and walks occasionally!
