“This was the second time having Melissa take care of my babies, and I was definitely not disappointed! She did more than expected, and took great care of them, and gave them plenty of attention so that they wouldn’t miss us so much! I will 100% be using her services anytime I have to leave home and need care for my fur babies ❤️”

“This was the first time we used Rover. Cassie was excellent and made us feel that she was the right person to take care of our babies. Although they are sweet, they are a handful sometimes when they have to be taken out for walks. The spaniel in them tends to dominate the walks. She was so sweet and sent pictures and videos and made us feel at ease.”

“Nicole was diligent in caring for our dog and bought him a couple of new toys that he loves! She was cheerful and exhibited a great ability in being able to manage his rambunctious behaviors from the very first day. We appreciated her dependability and punctuality.”

“Absolutely fantastic! I have a senior German shepherd with mobility issues and medications galore and a husky mix. She was able to take care of both of them and sent pics/updates through my time away. I’m always nervous about leaving my dogs so I really appreciated her sending those pics. Great sitter!!”

About: I have experience taking care of and training pets of all ages. I can administer medication, feed, train, and play with your pets with ease. I am so excited to spend time with your pets!! I am currently applying to full-time jobs that utilize my newfound degrees, so I have a lot of free time to take care of and meet new furry friends! I am highly responsible and am CPR certified. I am a very organized and conscientious person, and I aim to ensure that your pet’s safety and happiness are of paramount importance☺️

About: I have had my dog for years and have had a few cats as well as a bearded dragon and a snake. I have joined Rover to make some side cash while doing something I love: taking care of animals! I'm one of those people that things animals are better than humans and I will always protect them with my life. I currently work at a preschool 7:30-3:00, but depending on the commute and needs, I can stop by on my lunchbreak as well as before and after. If available, I am perfect to work weekends and overnight. I do have a few college classes that may interfere (depending on the semester at the time) depending on the needs. I am open to whatever you find your animal needs. Crating at night, you got it. Wants their dog to have someone to sleep with, you got it. Taking a 5 mile walk every day, you got it. I am used to bathing both cats and dogs no matter how difficult. I will treat your animal with the utmost respect and care that you show them.

About: I'm new to the pet service job, but I've owned two dogs since they were puppies. I have visited cats to clean their boxes and play with them, on behalf of friends that went away. I'm currently unemployed doing part-time jobs, so I have a lot of availability. I love both dogs and cats, and don't mind playing with them. I make sure my 6-year old Jack Russel mix, Finn, gets plenty of exercise and socialization. I take long walks in my neighborhood and enjoy taking him to the dog park.

About: I have 3 years experience dog sitting in South Jersey! I also work at a dog boarding facility as a kennel attendant! I have, on multiple occasions, house sat as well for far away jobs. I have 6 years of fostering experience. This includes cats, dogs, ferrets, tarantulas, and hamsters. I have cared for cats my whole life and have also owned fish and rats. I juggle Rover with a part-time job, but I am very flexible, and it doesn’t take too much time out of my week. I am willing to travel up to 30 minutes for check ins and house sit far away. When I’m taking care of your pets, that is my complete focus. My top priority is keeping your pets as stress-free, happy, and healthy as possible, and I will try to accommodate in any way you ask.

About: I have been an animal lover my entire life. I have had a variety of all animals such as dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, bearded dragons, etc for as long as I can remember. I’ve had exposure to animals of all age ranges. In the past, I have had senior dogs who have had seizure disorders and provided comfort care for them until the end including medications, pain management and helping them through challenging moments from their medical conditions. My focus and goal being apart of your pets care is to provide them a safe, comfortable, friendly environment while under my care and also just having fun! I have had dogs that I have worked with on behavioral modification training, leash training, potty training, etc. Although I am not a certified trainer, I have had exposure to reward and positive reinforcement training and have worked on this closely with a trainer and my own animals and have seen the benefits. I am looking forward to being a positive impact on your sanity and your pets care! I currently am out of work and expecting a little one! With all of my free time, I’d love to put it towards doing something I love and enjoy, spending it with animals! In my clients home, I would ensure that all pets needs are met with food, water, stimulation with play, etc. For safety I would leash the pet before opening the door for a walk and ensuring the pet is tamed and not too excitable walking out the door to avoid any accidents. I would utilize any tools the owner provided such as crates, gates, etc while caring for the pet. For care in my home, I have a fenced in yard and 4 dogs, 2 cats. I would slowly introduce them to each other and have gates available along with 3 different floors in my home to separate if need be. I have crates available if needed to give space. I am always home and would never need to leave your pet alone! I have plenty of toys and treats ready to go!

“Kristin stayed at my home to watch my 2 pups while I was out of town. She came over to meet the dogs beforehand and asked all the right questions to make sure she knew what my dogs needed. I didn’t have to worry at all while I was gone. Kristin did a great job taking care of my dogs and my house!”

About: I've had pets since I was 10, from medium-sized mutts to lil' mini-poodles to German Shepherd puppies to feral cat angels. Similarly to many dogs, I am over-enthusiastic and eager, I enjoy long walks and chaotic good. I have lots of energy and will absolutely treat your pet like an anthropomorphic deity. It's your job to keep them humble. I live in Queen Village near many parks and lovely, walkable areas. I like to run (if that’s your dog’s thing) and equally so, I like to couch potato it (if that’s your dog’s thing). I work from home at present, so I’m very flexible in my availability and the amount of time I’m able to spend with your pet throughout the day. I keep my place tediously tidy so there are no worries about your pet getting into anything toxic. All of my houseplants are out of pets' reach, I primarily use organic cleaning products. I feel safe unleashing a small infant here. At your place, I'll just be hyper vigilant and respectful of your space.

About: I’ve taken care of pets of all kinds, from dogs and cats, my whole life. I am no stranger to small nor large dogs alike and enjoy researching care for any pet or breed I may handle. I am currently a stay at home mom with plenty of time and devotion to care for your loved furbabies when you can’t be there yourself! I have a car and am able to come to your location. I also live near several dog parks which I have vetted and deemed safe/friendly. If your dog like long walks, I can take it for a nice hike on a pet friendly trail or around the neighborhood.

Ryan Marie J.
“Ryan is the best! She took perfect care of my 3 chihuahuas while I was on vaca. Chihuahuas are usually wary of strangers but due to Ryan's warm and loving nature and affection for dogs, they were instantly comfortable with her. Ryan is trustworthy, responsible, and so good with dogs! 10/10, can't say enough good things, highly recommend!”

Destiny T.
“I would recommend Destiny because she is an animal lover and owns 4 dogs and 2 cats not to mention all the volunteering at Funny Farm Rescue and donating supplies to local animal shelters in need! You will see Destiny naturally connects with people and animals with her honest pure giggly warm personality! Destiny is also trained in certain commands to help dogs react in a calmer more positive way and will recommend certain collars or tools to make your life a lot easier when dealing with young higher energy dogs that may have never had any training.”
