“This was the first time we had to leave our dog Whaler for a few nights and needless to say I was nervous to do so. Immediately after dropping Whaler off with Trinity she made our fur baby feel right at home! She was so kind, caring, attentive and flexible with any and all needs we had. Whaler had the best stay with Trinity we could have ever hoped for. She updated me daily as I needed which helped me enjoy my vacation while knowing our dog was in the best hands. We will definitely use Trinity again in the future and recommend anyone in need to trust her for all your pet care needs.”

“Our dog has stayed with other sitters and at cage-free boarding facilities but we are so glad we opted to have Edmund care for her for 11 days. We contacted Edmund 4 months ahead (the furthest in advance that Rover allows) because he seems to book out quickly. He responded promptly to our request for dog boarding services and scheduled to meet and assessed whether our dog was a good fit for him, his family and his two dogs. Edmund was very accommodating to our scheduled arrival / departure and was very patient with us as we went through our laundry list of strict rules (meal time, socialization, exercise etc). He sent periodic photo updates upon request. I would have been fine with an update every day but I know he was trying be respectful of our vacation time. Edmund took such great care of her and all her belongings during the long stay. She came home behaving no different than the day we left which is a sure sign to me that she had a great time and felt at home with Edmund. Thank you for giving her a home with a family and furfriends!”

“Paula and James were fantastic! We left both of our dogs with them and felt extremely comfortable while we were away. They sent very cute pictures of them playing and having fun. Our favorite thing was that when we picked them up they were clean and tired from having such a great time. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.”

Leading up communication was 100% A+ but after pick up it got even better! She kept us updated on our pup while we celebrated the rest of the night and took care of him the morning after until we could take him home. With so many moving parts and things to keep track of on our big day, it was a HUGE help to know our beloved pup was in good hands the whole time. Upon meeting her I knew Toby was in good hands and could see that her home and yard was safe. She sent a pic of Toby before we asked and Toby was clearly having a good stay.
