About: I've cared for dogs and cats, including feeding, walking, giving medication, and providing enrichment through play. I'm comfortable with pets of all ages, temperaments, and sizes, and I prioritize a safe, nurturing environment. I've also volunteered at animal shelters and helped neighbors with pet care while they were away. Growing up in a large household with pets taught me the importance of responsibility and companionship. I'm flexible with rates based on care needs and time commitments. I’m excited to be your pet’s new best friend! I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time available to care for fur babies! I’m very adaptable based on care needs and am happy to be flexible for each family. My focus is always on keeping your pet happy, safe, and comfortable. I follow their routine, give plenty of attention, and make sure they’re getting whatever care or exercise they may need.

“Daniel dropped in to feed and spend time with my kitty while we were out of town for the night, he was so communicative and sent great pictures”

“Very communicative and flexible!”

About: I have been taking care of and owning dogs since I was a child. My family recently adopted a puppy who I helped with training and taking care of. My roommate and I recently adopted a cat as well and I still help people with dog sitting where I can. I work part-time and go to school full-time so I am available on the weekends if I am made aware in advance and I can do weekdays after 2 pm. At home I don't have a fenced yard so I am accustomed to taking dogs on many walks and also crating dogs when leaving. I am prepared to follow any instructions a client will leave for me about how they prefer me to care for their pets.

“Jimena kept my 2 cats for 2 nights while I was moving and did awesome! The cats were well taken care of. She has a separate room in her house for cats. I'm very happy and I think my kitties were super happy. Glad I booked with her!”

“Skyla was great with my pups and took good care of them while we were away!”

“Ryan was very kind to my sweet kitty and spent the whole drop-in cuddling her. It’s hard to find a reliable sitter but Ryan is it! I can always count on him for punctuality, attention to detail and compassion towards my cat!”

About: I love dogs and cats and grew up with both in my home since I was a baby. I have pet sit on the side for friends and family and have loved it. I love to play and cuddle and walk your dogs. I live in the North Wilkesboro area. I have one dog who is 2 yrs old and loves friends. I am an administrator by trade so dedicated, hard-working, and responsible. I am clean and tidy so you don't have to worry about coming home to a dirty house. I don't mind cleaning up after myself or your pet. I work full time 8-4:30. I am home on the weekend. I spend my nights and weekends with my dog so we can easily include yours as well! I have one 2 year old female dog. She is fixed, trained and won’t be a problem. We go on walks and I have a long chain for the dogs to explore the yard with. I live in a safe neighborhood with no worries of issues. I treat the dogs like family. They can be on furniture and I normally do not crate my dog. If yours needs crated I have a spare room so they can feel safe and not upset not being with my dog.

About: i have three cats and have had them my whole life! i’ve previously owned a black lab named kiki! i currently dog sit for another family and walk dogs for owners in the area. i am friendly and easy-going, and am willing to work with you on schedule and necessities for your pets! right now i work during the day typically 9-2/3 during the week. i am available on weekends and weekday evenings! i could also do early morning drop ins if necessary. I don’t typically do sitting from my own home because I have a car myself, however I live in an apartment with my boyfriend and we have one cat together! Our apartment is always clean and free of anything that could pose a danger to animals ( our cat gets into everything). When i’m visiting a client’s home, I always leave everything exactly as it was when I arrived. (with the exception of pet accidents of course).

About: I have experience in taking care of dogs and cats of all ages and with taking care of multiple pets at once. For four years, I have walked dogs, performed "check-ins", and house-sat for multiple local families in the area. I also have experience with caring for physically disabled dogs and giving dogs oral medication. I am a recent graduate from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment and am looking for part time work in pet care and sitting. I always put pets first when I am staying at a clients home. Any request the owner has for the safety and health of their animal, I will always respect and follow!

Rachel W.
“Rachel has taken great care of Cookie on multiple occasions for me. Cookie always has a big smile on her face and a wagging tail whenever she sees Rachel, so clearly Rachel has won her over. If I am ever in a pinch and need someone to look after Cookie, Rachel has reliably been there to do so. She also always asks me how my dog is doing, which shows she clearly cares about her 4-legged friends. I could not recommend Rachel more!”
