Oscar is terrific and very reliable! I have three Labradors and he handles them all beautifully. I really appreciate the notifications when he arrives and photos of the dogs having fun. One is still in training and Oscar maintains my standards and requirements. What a load off my mind to have him!

About: Personalized occupations, 24/7 pet sitting with daily photo updates, multiple pet care, and tailored care plans, ensuring your pet’s happiness and your peace of mind🩶. As a pet sitter, I’d work with you to seamlessly fit pet care into your daily or weekly schedule by taking on key tasks, ensuring your pet’s needs are met while you’re busy.🗓️ Ensuring the safety, trust, and a comfortable environment for your pet is my top priority. I’d ensure doors, gates, and windows are locked to prevent escapes, and I’d keep hazardous items (e.g., toxic foods, small objects) out of reach. For small pets, I’d double-check cage security. All while making sure your lovable animals have a stress free and loving environment.💌

About: I have owned animals of many kinds! From as small as a guinea pig to as big as a horse. Dogs have always been a main source of love and I have almost always had one as a part of my family for as long as I remember. I am patient and kind, and would appreciate the chance to help a family when possible! Pet care will be fitting into my daily life in between family matters. My children are in school from 815AM-5PM as long as nothing comes up or appointments have been made. Caring for pets is more natural than anything. As of now, my family and I care for a guinea pig and fish. We make sure the animals are fed and environments are clean. We are hands on with the guinea pig every day to make sure she has the interaction she needs to stay as healthy as she can.

About: Hi! My name is Sherlynn, and I’m a Salinas local with over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for animals of all types. I’ve grown up around pets and have cared for dogs, cats, birds, and even a bunny. I raised my pit bull mix from puppyhood into adulthood, and I currently care for a German Shepherd who I’ve had for over four years. I’m experienced with dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels — from calm companions to more active, strong breeds. I enjoy taking pets on safe, enriching walks at local parks and beaches, and I always tailor care to each pet’s needs and routine. Safety and communication are my top priorities. I’m confident handling unexpected situations calmly and responsibly, and I make sure pets feel comfortable, secure, and loved while in my care. I’m open to working with all breeds and always treat every pet as if they were my own. Your pet’s happiness, safety, and well-being will always come first. Feel free to reach out with any questions — I’d love to meet you and your pet! I am Medical Student at the moment with a part time job trying to pay for school doing Rover as my side hustle! I am willing to work with you on dates & times you need. I do live in house that has a fenced yard. I live less than 1 minute away from a dog park which is so convenient. My neighborhood is calm.

Sophia did an excellent job replenishing the wet food in my cats' refrigerated feeders. She also topped off the water fountains. Highly recommend her to handle pet care even when you use high tech equipment like me!

About: Previous Vet Tech for 4 years & dog sitter for 7 years. I now enjoy caring for pets on the side whenever available! I’ve house sat, baby sat, taken dogs to appointments, been the nurse behind the scenes at appointments, walk em & feed em! I’m currently working part time so when there is extra time in between I like to spend it caring for pets when their owners can’t. I am typically available at random convenient times. I don’t plan on caring for pets in my own home but I have previous experience caring for others in their home from pets to elders to babies.

About: Starting in high school I worked for an adoption center and have worked with animals ever since. From dogsitting, cat sitting, volunteering at the animal shelter, and more, I’ve always enjoyed being involved with animals. My main job is an online fitness coach and so I can work remotely due to that. For that reason I’m able to work with just about any schedule your animal may have. I’ve worked with elder dogs as well as puppies to help them maintain their usual routine. I’m also practiced in giving eye drops, medication, and insulin shots through my other pet sitting jobs I’ve done in the past. For me the most important thing is not breaking routine. I’m a creature of habit myself so I appreciate descriptive texts or notes that way I can help keep your animal in the same pattern as they would be if you were home.

Gabriel and his son Lucas were great with our senior dogs. He kept me updated every visit to ensure we knew how the dogs were doing. Definitely convenient that he was near my home and due to the fact that we actually don't like people wandering in our home, my husband felt comfortable with him watching over our house as he definitely went above our expectations. Will definitely use him again.

About: Ive been an animal lover since I was little, Ive had all types of animals growing up and absolutely love caring for all pets. My roommates travel often and I take care of their senior dog Riley, he is deaf and blind so he needs a lot of extra TLC. I am local to south salinas, I have my own business and make my own schedule. I have my office 3 mins away from home so have the flexibility. Commutation is the most important thing for me, making sure you have updates about your pet and making sure they feel safe and protected weather it’s on a walk or home sitting.

About: I’m 30 years old and have had pets around my whole life. Since I was the reason we got them, I was the main caregiver of our 2 family dogs. The chihuahua lived for a month shy of his 15th birthday and I’m so grateful I was able to care for him on his senior days. Now I own 2 myself, a 8 year old Havanese/Chihuahua mix that Ive had since she was 10 weeks old and a 7 yr old blue nose pit that I’ve had since he was 8 months. They are my world and if I could afford to get more pets I would. But right now being able to love on other people’s pets sounds like a good compromise. Plus I get to make money while being able to hang out and possibly even go on a walk? Absolutely geeked! I have quite a lot of free time and I realized I want to have the freedom to make my own schedule and hang out with what makes me the happiest; four legged creatures. Bonus if they love snuggles. I’m great at following directions to make sure I do everything in my power to have an amazing, smooth experience wether it’s walking or babysitting.

About: I’ve have experience caring for both cats and dogs of all ages and sizes. I currently have two 6 year old cats in my home, that I raised from kittens. Before them, I had a cat for 16 years and a beagle for nine years. As a child, we had multiple dogs and cats and there has been very little time I’ve spent in my life without a pet of some sort. I am open and flexible all days of the week as this is my only source of income. Same day appointments are also an option most days. I currently live in an apartment with my partner. Having a partner in my own home to be with our pets helps me to be more physically and mentally available for my clients, especially for house sitting jobs that may be long term.
