“Giovanna was great! She was so kind enough to literally take our baby Mochi in last minute an hour before we left for our trip. She has dogs and cats of her own and has a beautiful home that was very inviting. She even accommodated to Mochi who is only 5 months and is frightened of everything. She put him in his own room so he could feel comfortable enough if he wanted to roam around and come out and play on his own. She also sent us pictures of Mochi letting us know he was warming up to her and her pets. I would definitely have Giovanna cat sit for us again! She’s so sweet and very accommodating! About: Currently have a dogs and a cat. Was up to 8 cats and 2 dogs after rescuing a litter of and an single orphane. I also rescued my own dog as well after she was abandoned by a friends roommate. I have had animals all my life as well. Even farm animals due to participating in FFA I can help continue house, crate, leash, etc. train while i care for them. I am not a certified trainer but I've gone through training with my own and feel comfortable implementing your routine while watching your pet. I can also bathe animals if needed I work randomly at Kay Jewelers and have a son I have about 75% of the time. I am available during most of the work week and weekend. I have been given mostly closing shifts so evenings are busier for me than mornings. My life is work and home, and when I'm home I'm always looking for a reason to be out of the house. I believe any proper teaching, training, caring or interacting is done through positive reinforcement. Following your house rules and understanding the needs of your pup is important

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
