About: I’ve been around animals my entire life, and animals hold a special place in my heart . I’m currently a Pre-Veterinary student at the University of Central Missouri, and for the past five years, I’ve worked as a veterinary assistant at Pleasant Hill Animal Clinic, where my dad is a veterinarian. I’ve also been pet sitting for the past two years, caring for pets of all ages—from playful 10-month-old to sweet 12-year-old seniors. I have experience administering medications, including insulin injections for diabetic dogs, and I always make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for. I truly consider the dogs I care for as part of my extended family, and I can’t wait to meet your furry best friend and give them the same love and attention I’d give my own. I currently work part-time as a veterinary assistant, and I’m typically available every day except Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. On those days, I occasionally have morning or afternoon availability, and I’m always available after 6 PM. I offer in-home care, boarding, and drop-in visits. Even on my busiest days, I always have a lunch break, so I’m never away from pets in my care for more than six hours at a time. Your pet’s comfort and well-being are my top priority, and I strive to provide dependable, loving care at all times. I have a fully fenced yard and one friendly Great Dane who can be easily kenneled or separated as needed. My home also features a dedicated, dog-proofed room that’s perfect for free roaming and playtime. Whether your pup prefers quiet relaxation or active engagement, I’m able to provide a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment tailored to their needs.

“Holly’s a regular for us and we could not be happier to have found her. Always does a fantastic job and is so responsive and accommodating to special requests. This time, in particular our Bailey girl needed some special TLC due to an acute pancreatitis episode. We felt so comfortable leaving her in Holly’s care.”

I am home all day and have 100% attention to your loved one. I am consistent with any schedule you already have just let me know! I have a 10 acre yard so they will have lots of room to play and have the most fun they ever could! I’ll be your best pet sitter.

“Stephany was absolutely amazing with our dogs. I found her two days before we left for vacation. She came and met our dogs before the house sitting started. I was a little worried because I’ve never left our dogs to be cared for by someone else and we have a king Shepherd who is pretty territorial and not always friendly to unknown people. He took right to her along with our other two dogs. She sent text messages and pictures/videos daily with updates on how the dogs were. She even brushed them out for us, vacuumed the living room and cleaned up. Super happy with how well she took care of our fur babies while we were gone. Would absolutely recommend her and use her again when we leave town!”

“Julia is amazing! She was so sweet and caring when meeting our pups. When staying at our house she sent us picture updates each day and the dogs always looked spoiled. You can tell she is an animal lover. She communicates great. Julia gets extra points for having to chase after one of our dogs right when she arrived. Will definitely use her again in the future.”

About: My husband and I currently live in Olathe and I work in the Overland Park area. We are huge animal lovers and have more than 6 years of Extra-large breed dog ownership and care. We have had (2) St. Bernard’s and a Labrador. So it is safe to say that I am a confident large-dog walker/caretaker. I also spent my high school and college years farm sitting, which consisted of caring for multiple types of animals at one time, most very large! It is my goal to make you feel confident that not only is your pet given adequate exercise and care, but that they are cared for safely and with the same standards that I have for my own animals. Cats are also more than welcome! Pet care seamlessly integrates into my daily routine, as I work from home and am present all day. This flexibility allows me to provide continuous attention and care to your pets, ensuring they receive the companionship and supervision they need. I can easily accommodate feeding schedules, regular walks, playtime, and any special care instructions throughout the day. This constant presence helps maintain a stable environment for your pets, contributing to their well-being and happiness. Caring for pets in my home or my clients’ homes involves maintaining their routines, providing regular meals, administering medications if needed, and ensuring they receive plenty of exercise and affection. I also keep their living spaces clean and safe, engage them with stimulating activities, and monitor their health and behavior closely. Consistent communication with pet owners ensures I meet all specific needs and preferences, providing peace of mind and excellent care for their beloved pets.
