She meticulously created a safe, pack-like environment where the dogs felt at home, and the areas were exceptionally clean. Even more impressive were her plans to enhance her already wonderful outdoor space. As a side note, April is a certified dog trainer. Shortly after dropping off my dog and running errands in town, I noticed her diligently and patiently leash-training my dog during a walk, as my GPS took me back past her location. April never mentioned this task on Rover or in person; she simply did it on her own time, free of charge, without boasting. Her quiet integrity and humility are extraordinarily impressive. My girls are 10 years apart in age are different in temperament and personality. To me, it doesn’t take a lot to care for them but I never know if that is different in the eyes of the sitter. Allison welcomed them both into her home and cared for them just as I would. She provided updates and photos throughout the stay. She was also flexible in drop off time as I had a brain fart when initially booking the stay. I will definitely choose Allison again for future stays!”
