I currently work full time from home but I’m very active so I keep my dog active with me. We are up at 5am everyday going for runs/walks. On breaks we always get outside to enjoy the weather and allow him to use the bathroom if needed. After work if I’m not busy I love to take him to the dog park or on another walk around the neighborhood. So I’m available every weekday from 5am-8am and after work from 6pm-9pm I have a big open yard that I have an electric fence for my dog to go out as he needs with or without me. When leaving the yard he gets his harness put on and a leash with poop bags. We walk on the sidewalk at all times. We stop and sit before looking to see if we can cross the road.
