I am a licensed hairstylist who is in the salon Tuesday, Thursday Friday and Saturday but I do not work all day every single day- Thursday I do not go in until 2pm- Tuesday & Friday I leave work at 3 and on Saturdays I leave at 5! I can provide flexibility in schedule and can provide last minute services for emergencies! I send texts, photos and videos daily! Clients also get updates with notes about playfulness, moods and behavior! I have experience with dogs who need to be put in crates. I also have experience with dogs who need to be put on a leads in the yard!

I currently do work full time but I do create my own schedule and am pretty flexible so we can work around the hours needed for you and your pet! I do currently have two male dogs who are 8 and 9 years old. They both are very friendly and very playful. They play with puppies and older dogs very well and they’re very diverse with sizes of dogs who they are around. If your dog is aggressive to other male dogs, this won’t be a good fit for you. However, i’m happy to have an introduction to make sure everyone is comfortable. We tend to take a lot of walks and play ball in the yard throughout the day. During the summer we swim in the pop up pool we have for the boys and get the zooms out!

About: I’ve had dogs and cats around me for most of my life, from growing-up on a farm in Maryland to working large animal husbandry at the Virginia Tech Veterinary School to sharing a 1-bedroom studio with two cats in Roanoke City, and I’ve always loved all animals. All! Right now, I have one dog and three cats of my own, and they are very much part of my family. I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats with different personalities and needs. I enjoy walks, playtime, and just hanging out with them and giving them attention. I’m currently in the process of my Pet-CPR/First Aid certification. I’m working a flexible schedule (as a Referee). When I’m at work, Nalini (my wife), will be there at home with your pet. So, your pet would never be there alone day or night. The most respect, care, compassion, and hugs!! There’s separate pet living spaces in my house for accommodating your pets needs, and we have a friendly and vaccinated dog.
