“Ellie did amazing with Ridley(cat). She understood how anxious he gets and familiar with the steps to keep his stress levels low. She even went as far as reaching out and checking to see if he had issues with storms and if she needed to assist with anything to help him. I really appreciate how thorough she is with her reports and how she interacts with him. So glad to have Ellie and will be booking again!!”

“Samantha is AMAZING! She was so good with our high maintenance kitty and followed all of our directions. She even searched all of her hiding spots so she could check on her and send us a pic. Would recommend!!”

“Meg came to meet our dog for the first time and it was a very successful experience. We are grateful for her flexibility and enthusiasm and we all enjoyed our time with her. We are having Meg come walk Creed while we are away and feel very comfortable with the arrangement. We highly recommend her already!!”

“I appreciate her communication and understanding when it comes to my cat. Even when he was being dramatic and not taking his medication she stayed extra to ensure he took his meds and was taken care of.”

“Ann provided excellent care to our two cats while we were out of town for 8 days. The updates and photos she sent were very helpful and gave me peace of mind. We will request her service again when we travel.”
“MacKena was great! Flexible with her availability. Great with my boxer. They like each other! Administered her pill. Sends reports regarding her visit with my dog, along with pictures. Responsive to messages. I will definitely use her again.”

About: I've sat for many different breeds and species over the years. I grew up always having some type of animal in the home, especially dogs. I have two dogs and a cat now. I love cooking for them and knowing exactly what is going in their food. I love making home made treats for them as well. I even sew for them at times. I've made boots, coats, beds, Halloween costumes, toys, etc. Right now, my schedule is pretty flexible, which means I have lots of time to dedicate purely to furkids. I am close with a professional dog trainer and am able to ask any question, which is always a big help. My vet has great hours and very accessible as well for any questions or concerns.
About: As a lifelong animal lover and future veterinarian, I bring 3.5 years of hands-on veterinary medicine experience as a Veterinary Assistant and a genuine passion for caring for dogs. I’m currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a Pre-Veterinary focus as I work toward my goal of becoming a veterinarian. Growing up on a family dairy farm, I was surrounded by animals from an early age and helped care for many farm dogs. This experience taught me responsibility, patience, and the importance of understanding each animal’s individual personality, needs, and routine. During my veterinary career, I’ve cared for and hospitalized numerous dogs, providing attentive monitoring, feeding, cleaning, exercise, enrichment, and comfort. I’m experienced with safely handling dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and needs, as well as administering oral medications when necessary. Working in a veterinary setting has also helped me become attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, energy, and overall well-being. As a flexible and reliable college student, I’m happy to work around your schedule and follow your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible. Whether your pup is energetic and playful, shy and nervous, or loves nothing more than cuddling on the couch, I’ll provide patient, compassionate, and individualized care. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I’ll care for your pup like they’re part of my own family! 🐶❤️ My Schedule 🐾 As a full-time college student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide reliable care throughout the day. I’m available for morning, midday, evening, and night drop-in visits, depending on your pet’s needs and my class schedule. If you feel more comfortable having someone stay with your pet, I’m also happy to spend the night with your dog or cat so they can stay in the comfort of their own home and maintain their normal routine. Most weekends work well for me for pet sitting, and I’m happy to discuss your specific dates and your pet’s schedule. I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs while making sure your furry family member receives plenty of attention, care, and companionship! 🐶🐱❤️ Safety, Trust & Environment 🐾 Your pet’s safety and well-being are my top priorities. With 3.5 years of veterinary experience as a Veterinary Assistant, I’m comfortable caring for animals with a wide range of personalities, needs, and routines. My veterinary background has taught me to be attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, energy, and overall health. I believe pets are happiest when they feel safe, comfortable, and able to maintain their normal routine. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, keep your home secure and tidy, and provide plenty of patience, attention, exercise, and companionship. I’m also comfortable administering oral medications when needed and handling pets who may be nervous, shy, or require extra patience. I understand how important it is to trust someone with a beloved member of your family, and I’ll treat your pet and your home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. 🐶🐱❤️

As of September 2026, there are 59 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Cuba City. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
