“Taylor was amazing! Yesterday was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous about my pup being home alone... Taylor called me at work (per my request) so that I could go over how to get into my house, etc. and she calmed my nerves too :) when she got there, he had tore up his mattress pad in his kennel- she cleaned it up so that he couldn’t eat it. She then walked him, took pictures for me and played with him enough to tire him out for a bit. She was so good with him anc it was so appreciated! ❤️❤️”

I have a lot of experience caring and working with dogs. I have hobby farm experience (dogs, cats, chickens and a horse) as well. About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover and proud rescue dog parent with over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, temperaments, and needs. We do a lot of walks in our neighborhood and like to bring our pets on adventures.

About: Hi! I’m Ashley, and I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life. I grew up on a farm, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. My stepdad was the head of animal control, which taught me a lot about animal behavior, safety, and compassion at a young age. I’ve had dogs my whole life and currently share my heart (and couch!) with two of my own—Sassy, my sweet 17-year-old dachshund who I’ve had since 2011, and Oakley, a playful 6-year-old lab I adopted from the local animal shelter. I understand the unique needs of both senior dogs and high-energy pups, and I treat every animal in my care like family. Whether your pet needs gentle senior support, active playtime, or just some extra love while you’re away, I’m here to help with dependable, loving care. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I work from home most of the week, which allows me to give my dogs plenty of attention, potty breaks, and playtime throughout the day. On the days I’m in the office, I’m only five minutes from home, so I’m able to come back easily to let my dogs out and check in on them. Their well-being is always a top priority, and I structure my day to make sure they’re comfortable and cared for—I’d do the same for yours! I care for pets in whatever way is most comfortable for them. I follow your instructions closely to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. If your pet loves their kennel, that’s perfectly fine—but if they prefer to cuddle up in bed, I’m more than happy to share the extra snuggles! Whether it’s playtime, walks, feeding routines, or just relaxing on the couch, I do my best to make every pet feel safe, loved, and right at home.

The love has spread to my 13 year old daughter. I currently have a very fun, young, and goofy dog -- a Vizsla named "Ranger." He clearly isn't a working dog and isn't a picture of obedience perfection. (I only mention this to let you know that despite my resume your dog doesn't have to be perfect and is coming into a very fun and loving household!) We've truly been a dog centered household for 20 years. My wife is a literal Saint! My private dog training rates, and I've turned down much more work than I've accepted, runs 10x the Rover.com rate we are charging. About: I absolutely love animals and I have enough energy to keep up with them too! I have experience in veterinary background which ensures I am trained to catch any early health issues. I can give medication on a schedule or keep up with special needs as well :) I work as a Muskegon county park ranger in the mornings and afternoons except Mondays and Tuesdays. I am very comfortable with commuting as I live in Ludgington. I can be as flexible as you need, whether it be boarding, house sitting, or dropping in for a playdate before or after work! I have a fully fenced in back yard with lots of room to play both my cat and my dog get along well with other animals! Both are fully up to date on all vaccines and neutered! I also have a room set aside for my cat that is dog free which could be shared with other cats. I am comfortable with crating for longer stays and my dog is crate trained as well!

About: I grew up with labs my whole life so I’m very use to large dogs! The endless shedding doesn’t scare me away! I truly love all dog breeds though and I’m willing to open up to even the moody ones! I work full time 8:30-5:00 but I do have an hour lunch that I can make work for potty breaks and short walks! I can also stop by before and after work and I’m willing to stay during night weeknights too on occasion. I have a fiancé and two kids so I prefer to be home during week nights but with a notice in advance I can make it work. I am a bit OCD with my own pet care. My cat has an enclosure for his litter box with foam flooring for underneath the enclosure. I keep a broom, a shop vac and a swifter all just for his area. He has special prescription food and I keep his diet on a schedule. He gets lots of love daily and I plan provide the same care for your pets!

We have a large open floor plan with a 4 stall garage to roam. Price will vary if dog is not fully potty trained or in heat during their stay. I will only be booking appointments on days that I can be fully present and involved with the pets scheduled. My husband and I believe this is a great opportunity to be able to love on all kinds of different breeds as our own and a fun way to take care of some of the most precious pets. * I am available for drop ins(potty breaks and walks) in the hudsonville-jenison area on Tuesdays and Thursdays aswell! There are no cats or dogs here (unless confirmed that its okay to board at the same time as another families pet) so you won't have to worry about your pet getting along with anyone else while they are here. About: Hound Town Dog Sitting (owned by Kelly!) is a registered LLC in MI. We are insured, we are equipped for pet first aid, and we are recommended by two of West Michigan's best dog trainers: Captivated Canine & Kaitlyn's Dog Training! We have a large fenced back yard as well as over 1.5 acres of unfenced yard for walks and sniffing activities. We have three of our own dogs: Amos, a 7yr old beagle-basset hound mix (neutered), Elsie a 4 year old Beagle (spayed), and Zuzu a 2 year old Chiweenie (spayed), as well as aa super friendly orange and white tomcat named Rupert and a whole flock of noisy chickens! We will make sure your doggos have lots of love and attention, regular walks, playtime, attention, and of course owner-approved toys and treats! Kelly (Hound Town Dog Sitting's owner) works for herself as a wedding photographer and videographer. She makes her own schedule and can be flexible when needed! In our own home we have both a large fenced yard as well as .5+ acres of unfenced yard for leashed walks. When we go to your home, we wear a name tag so we are easily identifiable, and we can provide references and a background check through Rover. We also will happily send regular photos and/or videos to owners for updates!

About: We lost our dog, Sophie, 2 years ago so until we find our next rescue I love watching other dogs to get my "dog fix" I work full-time from 7:30am-4pm Tues-Fri. I do work from home on Mondays and I'm available weeknights and weekends. I'm willing to come to your house or your pet is welcome to come to mine. I live in a quiet development where I can walk your dog easily on sidewalks and we have a large yard to play fetch. We also have lots of dog toys we saved.

About: I am an Animal Behavior College graduate where I studied canine behavior and training. I have lots of experience with both working and training through difficult dog behaviors and dogs with high anxiety and fear towards different things. I have had pets my whole life and would love to meet yours! I have tons of experience with administering medications, nail trims, bathing, and daily grooming and would be happy to help provide those for your pets. I have worked at the Humane Society Of West Michigan and have volunteered at the Kent County Animal shelter where I absolutely loved working with every kind of dog or cat you could think of! I have a very flexible schedule seeing as I make my own work schedule. When I am watching your animals I never leave them for longer than 2-4 hours unless I have an event that we have previously discussed and gone over. I have a boxer and a pitty at home! At my home I have a fenced in yard for my dogs and anytime they are outside of the fence I also make sure they are long leash and would do the same for your pups! I never leave an animal unattended while outside just in case something were to happen. I also do not leave them unattended with a toy that they could possibly swallow or ingest and cause choking. I’m all eyes, ears and cuddles when it comes to both my pets and yours!

About: I’ve taken care of many shapes, sizes and breeds of dogs since I was little. I personally have had a wide variety of dogs growing up. i’ve had German Shepard, Cocker spaniel, black lab, Pomeranian, pit bull and now a miniature golden doodle! I do work full time, but from home! walking a dog would be my “lunch break”, it would be my escape from work and my house. I live on 12 acres, 2 acres out of the 12 are mowed. So my dog loves to get her zoomies out around the whole house!
