About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was old enough to drive. I grew up with a house full of animals and have rescued several animals. My work schedule varies week to week but I can usually make drop ins during the day throughout the week and weekend. I also often teach in the evenings from home. I do my best to communicate with the client to form a plan to best suit every pet and ensure the situation is as low-stress and high-fun for all involved!

About: Experienced animal lover here. I am a full-time, in-home caregiver for the elderly in our community and I am looking for some additional part-time work to save up for a vacation I have planned in September. I am ready for the fun, and not so fun chores :) I am available during the week after 12pm. Weekend availability varies. I have some availability after 3pm on certain weekends and not available at all for others. I am able to care for your pet(s) at the clients home, but cannot offer care in my home. Following the clients’ plan and/or instructions is my priority.

About: I adopted my guy Riddick in 2013. Last Thanksgiving, we said goodbye after a rapid decline of suspected lymphoma of the thymus. He was a good fella who kept me company on hikes in the woods, slept and paced with me during my 36-hour labor, laid and watched his baby human nurse for nights on end, and he aged into an easy going, sneaky snack stealing fella. I miss him, and I know I loved caring for him yet I am not in a position to have my own pet - so I want to keep your beloved family furry friend company when they need it most so they’re the best for you! In my time with Riddick, I’ve dealt with 2-3 hour hikes, short walks, yard clean up, oral medication, topical medication, baths and brushing, prescription diets, and more. He was a solid companion for the dogs I’ve fostered for local rescues, as well. I hope my experience will help guide you to make the best decision for your furry friend and family’s needs. I am not actively working full-time, I have an alternating parenting schedule where I have my daughter full time one week and the next her dad has her. I wake up at 4AM everyday for exercise, breakfast, and coffee. I enjoy filming and editing video footage of action sports in the evenings. I am available during school hours the weeks I have my child, and the other week I am available as early as 6AM until about 2-3PM. I care for them the way you need me to, with respect for their demeanors as well. If there are routines needing implemented, we will work on that, if they’re established I will stick to them.

I am my animal activist and national Crossposter for shelter dogs out of high kill shelters I help rescues with fosters and I find dogs homes that are in high kill shelters across the country. I eat breathe sleep saving dogs. I love giving them there extra little hugs and tell them how great they are all day long. Dogs are so precious. I’m available anytime, same day, last minute travel needs and family emergencies I’m your girl. My schedule is always open when there’s a need to help someone out last minute, especially for my lil furry friends. I treat every animal as if it were my own, I save animals weekly, so there safety and well being is my first priority, they have to be on a lease at all times when walking. My home is very quiet it’s just me, if your baby needs any special treatments I’m your girl. If you are in a crunch I will work with you on pricing to accommodate your needs I can change things around to help those in need. I’m very flexible just contact me two hours in advance and we can always work something out quickly. Available on every holiday and weekends. Just message me or call me thank you. I have no dogs of my own currently my 14 year just passed. I’m ready to love up your fur babies and have some fun. I speak dog!

About: Hello! My name is Amanda Engel. I am a trusted, experienced pet care professional who is very passionate about dogs! -Experience: I am a graduate of the Medina County Career Center's two year Animal Care program in which I worked in a Doggy Daycare, grooming salon, veterinary lab, and a pet shop as a part of the program. I have volunteered at the Humane Society for many years and currently volunteer for a local pet rescue. I have fostered dogs (both puppies and adults), and with a little patience and love, have helped many fearful dogs recover, learn to trust again, and become adoptable. I’ve always been told that dogs are drawn to me (probably because they can sense that I love them so much!). -Services: Regarding my services, I have years of experience in providing a variety of pet care services (drop-in care, dog walking, and overnight care). I have provided care for dogs anywhere from 5 pounds to 100 pounds! I am well rounded when it comes to experience with different breeds and always accommodate to the individual needs of each dog. I have uploaded lots of photos of my time spent with with my beloved fur friends! Feel free to check them out! (Click on my photo and then “Gallery”). Regarding my schedule, I currently have availability for your pet and am accepting new clients. I look forward to getting to know your pet and spending time with him / her! Since the comfort and safety of your pet is my #1 priority, I take the following steps to ensure a safe and healthy environment: - Monitoring weather conditions and limiting time outdoors in excess heat -Always keeping dogs on a leash when outdoors -Inquiring about any medical history or needs and adhering to any medication schedules -Taking a Canine First Aid & CPR course periodically to maintain safety skills
