“We are very thankful to Michael for taking care of our not 1, not 2, but 5 pups!!! 3 of the 5 are complete wildlings but he patiently handled them with grace. He is very easy to work with in scheduling. Michael even showed up for a meet & greet and spent quite a while learning the most he could about our babies so he would be prepared to take care of them when needed. About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs both pretty much my whole life as far back as I can remember. I am 25 years old and have been surrounded by these animals and cared for them from newborn kittens on the side of the street to my current crazy dachshund, Daisy. I am currently a student in Occupational Therapy starting fieldwork. Pet care starts at 6 am in my household. I make sure she has play time and enrichment prior to me leaving. I also make sure she gets taken out on the middle of that day to go potty. She has a play pen and crate set up with some toys, food, water, and a puppy pad in case of accidents. Playtime is the first thing we do when we get home as well. I have a fenced in acre yard. Our back door had a doggy door for small animals to get in and out, as well as a glass door if we don’t want them going outside without us. We make sure everything is picked up off the floor that could potentially harm an animal. Cords and wires are tucked away and doors stay shut unless we are supervising as our dog is still potty training.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life and have taken care of them since I was old enough to. I currently have 4 dogs and I love each and every one of them! I have had some experience with cats and I do like them as well! I am much more available during the week. It would be preferable if I took care of the animals from between 9-2. It might change as I am thinking of quitting my part-time job but that is my availability at this time. I am willing to walk the animals, feed them, play with them, and just do pretty much what you would like. I do all of these things for my pets at home.

About: What sets me apart from other dog sitters is my dedication to providing personalized care and attention to your pet. I offer a calm, loving environment, ensuring your dog feels comfortable and at ease while you’re away. Whether your dog needs extra playtime, medication administration, or simply some cuddles and companionship, I’m here to make sure they’re well taken care of and happy. Your pet’s well-being is my top priority! I am currently unemployed, unfortunately, so I am openly available to help out when and where needed. I cannot have pets in my home, however. When caring for pets in your home, I prioritize maintaining their routine and environment to help them feel safe and secure. I offer a range of services based on your pet’s needs, including daily walks, playtime, and feeding on their usual schedule. I also make sure to give your pet plenty of attention, whether it’s cuddling on the couch or keeping them entertained with their favorite toys. If your dog requires special care, like medication or additional comfort, I’m happy to accommodate those needs. I also take care to respect your home by keeping everything tidy and following any specific instructions you provide.

About: I am very experienced with animal caretaking as I have had pets my entire time growing up. I have a 1 and a half year old golden retriever/lab mix with a lot of energy. I will graduate from the University of South Alabama in December of 2024 with a bachelor's in social work. I have much experience with taking care of children and seniors, and have completed many classes on the study of human behavior. With my compassion and patience learned from my social work experience, I will treat your pet with respect and kindness. I am great at following directions and giving full time attention to pets. I am very outgoing and get excited when I see dogs and cats. I always ask to pet peoples' dogs when they walk by. Overall, I enjoy petting, walking, and running around with dogs. I will provide attentive and kind care to your pet. With a puppy and two cats myself, I am used to regularly feeding them, petting them, and running around the yard while playing fetch with my puppy. I get along with strangers' pets very well and usually connect with animals quickly. I always keep an eye on my pets and never forget about them. I am constantly petting them or laying next to them if I am not actively playing with them.

About: *must have proof of vaccination to board* Hey y’all! Looking for someone to care for your fur babies? My name is Megan and I live on the outskirts of Lucedale MS. I have 3 kids between 9 and 14 that love animals just as much as I do. I work as a kennel technician/aspiring vet assistant in a vet clinic in Alabama and absolutely love my job! I started in animal care during my high school years by volunteering with a humane society. Over the years I have rescued and fostered animals thru my local shelter and have raised numerous fur babies. I currently have one rabbit(Ruby), a very rambunctious yellow lab(Sadie), a sassy corgi/weenie dog(Mama Dog), a blue tick beagle mix who is a big ball of love(Shadow), and 3 adventurous kitties(Kiara, Jackson and Squeaky). All who are shelter rescues or strays. My oldest pet Peanut was a 17 year old tuxedo cat who crossed the rainbow bridge a couple years ago. 💜🌈 My newest member of the pack is a dapple weenie puppy named Gracie, and we are currently getting ready for a Tennessee walker and chickens! Nobody leaves my home without being covered in fur and doggy kisses lol. My fur babies are my whole heart and I promise to care for yours just as I would my own! I am a full time kennel technician at a vet clinic in mobile, most Mondays and Fridays i am away for 10+ hours. However, most weekends & Wednesdays I am wide open, and some Tuesdays/thursdays. I am pretty flexible with availability so if you have any questions please feel free to ask! I have a large 4 bed/2 bath home on 7 acres. I will provide clean bedding and crating(if needed) unless you prefer to bring your own. i will accurately follow the instructions you provide on how to care for your pet. I will gladly walk your pet, clean up after them, check on them when you need(at work, out of town etc), as long as it is within my personal work schedule. I also offer a complimentary bath and nail trim when your pet stays with me.

“If you are looking for someone to treat your pet as family. Look no further! Madison Duncan is the girl for you. If there is one thing I can say about her that sets her apart, it would be that she has the skill to carry on any conversation with your animal to make them feel safe and loved. I trusted her with all of my pets and in all honesty I wonder if they like her a little more than me. You wont go wrong when you put your trust in her to take care of your fur baby.”

Lauren W.
“Lauren is a wonderful person and would be a great pet sitter. I've known her for almost 20 years - she will treat you, your pet, and your home with love and respect.”
