About: I've been around dogs my entire life. Growing up, I was always responsible for feeding, bathing, and walking my family's pets. I am a night owl, so late-night check-ups are no problem for me either! I try to keep the environment as close to your routine as possible. Ensuring your pup's comfort is my top priority, so everything will remain as is. As long as I am shown the ropes on how everything is maintained, then you can trust that everything will remain the same as when you left it. I will also provide frequent updates and contact you in the event of an emergency.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
