“Martina has been extremely reliable and patient. She’s always communicative during the walks and keeps me updated, which I really appreciate. Being in the Army with unpredictable hours is tough, but she truly puts my mind at ease knowing my baby is getting the care and attention he needs when I can’t be there. I’m so thankful for her!”

“Maria was great! Communicative, friendly, and reliable, good with dogs. Handled our large skittish but friendly dog very well for a productive walk (and they had never met!). Such a help when we were visiting from out of town but away for the evening. Thank you so much for the good communication and peace of mind.”

About: Hi, my name is Sergii. I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats for over 35 years. Now I have 2 dogs: a poodle and a boxer. My wife and I love dogs and they love us. We treat our dogs more like family members than pets. We know how it’s difficult to be away from your pup, regardless if it is only a couple of hours or days. We are a team - two very experienced dog owners. We have experience with senior dogs&cats, and pets with special needs; dogs&cats who are highly anxious, and pets who are hyper activity and need a lot of care and attention. Now we put our animal expertise to our small business for pet services. We aim to ensure your dog receives just as much love and care as it does in your presence. I’m willing to feed, walk and play with your dogs when you are not available. My schedule changes from week to week, as I’m still engaged in the transportation of pets, so always have wife for backup. We really care about healthy life style and guarantee the best care for them. I certified the American Red Cross for pet first aid as well. All animals under my care are insured, insurance policy included veterinarian reimbursement. Meeting new animal friends is something that will always bring me joy. Your dog will be in the professional and loving care when under my watch. If I sound like someone you could trust to care for your fur babies, please send me message. DROP-IN VISIT (At your house) I can go to your home multiple times per day to feed your pets food/water, go outside to potty & play, administer medications, etc. Just let me know how many times per day you’d like me to drop-in to check up on your pets/how much time you’d like me to spend while there and what you’d like me to do during drop-in visits and I will make it happen. A care summary report and photos of my drop-in visit with your pets will be sent after each drop-in. DOGGIE WALKS Walks are 30 minutes long, but can also include playtime if requested (e.g 20 minute walk + 10 minutes of play time).
Meals, treats, water, and medication can be given before or after the walk if requested, just let me know and I would be more than happy to do that.
A care summary report and photos from our walk will be sent after each walk. HOUSE SITTING I can care for your animals in your own home by ensuring your animals are safe and well cared for. I'll spend as much time with your pet as needed so that they have a true companion in your absence. I believe that the best pet care is done when your pet is in his/her own surroundings. I make sure gates and doors are closed and locked when needed, I follow safety checks in the home to ensure your pets are protected. In my clients home I will happily comply with any instructions to keep your pups safe. Anything that is needed for your fur babies!

About: Hi! I’m a caring and dependable pet sitter with experience caring for both dogs and cats. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I’m committed to providing them with plenty of love, attention, and care while you’re away. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, litter box care, and keeping pets comfortable in their usual routines. Your pets’ safety and happiness are always my top priorities! I am a work from home mom and have all the time to play with your fur babies! I have a large fenced in backyard that is fully secure. I also have an air conditioned garage. All pets are welcome to be inside all day long but sometimes they want to play and run and it’s nice to have a cool down spot. All animals are welcome to stay inside all day and night. I am a light sleeper and wake up to let my senior dog, Lola, out at night for bathroom breaks regularly. I am always home and my daughter has been raised and daughter how to be safe and appropriate with new animals. We treat others and their pets with the respect we would want in return.

Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Creston. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your walker interacts with your pet or the new environment.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and walker for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first .
