“It was great leaving our dog at David's home. He was able to accommodate our schedule, communicated well, and was professional. Our dog Rolo was super excited to be at his home on day two. Thanks David!”

About: I’ve been working in nonprofit animal rescues in full time capacity for many years. I have various experience including working with behaviorally challenged dogs of all sizes as well as experience working with puppies, seniors, blind, deaf, and incontinent dogs. I currently work as the Lead Animal Care at Underdog Animal Rescue and Rehab in Moab. On my scheduled work days, I’m able to take care of pets before 8am, during lunch, and after 5pm. I’m able to provide full time services on my days off. I have extensive experience in caring for dogs in my home. My 2 dogs are accustomed to having foster dogs of all temperament. They’re well trained and they do not typically engage with dogs I sit.

About: *I am nomadic ask me about my living situation!* I've dog sat for as long as I can remember and here in Moab for the part 4 years, I know all the best spots to get away to. I hate to break it to you...but your dog may have a better vacation than you. We'll be running trails, dipping in creeks, playing fetch. You name it. If your dog needs a more layed back vibe I got that covered too, relaxing at the park, belly rubs, fur brushing, naps! I currently am working at Red Rock Bakery in Moab 6:30 am-2:30 pm. When House/Hotel Sitting I can feed in the A.M. before work, check in around 11 am and then give the rest of my attention throughout the day. Otherwise Monday-Wednesday I am usually free. I live out of my lil red truck so when I care for dogs we go camping! - a dogs dream, chasing squirrels swimming in the creek, hiking and napping under the trees. If I'm sitting at your home/hotel I like to come over beforehand and talk about what your dogs routine is and how to best care for them!

“Very great full for McKayla watching our dog last minute. We were visiting and wanted someone to watch Dakota while we went mountain biking. Immediately felt comfortable leaving Dakota with her and she is a great communicator. Dakota seemed to have a great time with her. Will definitely use her again when we are in the area.”

“Kirstin welcomed my dog Rosa into her home and took great care of her while I participated in a local trail running race. I would recommend Kirstin and book again if we visit Moab again.”

Joshua A.

“Awesome experience. Way better than having your dog sit in a daycare. My dog had a great time and the Joshua sent me several pictures throughout the stay.”
