About: I am a loving pet mom for 15 yrs and before and during that time I have helped many others with their animals. I can sit, check in and play with, and take for walks. I love animals and giving them attention because I know it is so important. I work from home so I love reasons to get out of the house and pet friends to keep me company at night. I work and stay 100% near the outskirts of Yuba City. My pets and their friends safety in #1 in my house and yard. I have a very large fenced in back yard and I have proofed it so not even very small dogs (like mine) can find a way out. I am an avid pet counter before doors are open and I double and sometimes triple check that the home is secured before I leave, we don’t want any babies to get out of their safe space.

About: I've had the pleasure of loving and taking care of furbabies of all sizes for 20 years. I first started pet sitting for an acquaintance in 2005. Later, when I became established in the area as a trusted house cleaner, I started pet sitting for some of my clients and their friends. Sadly, I lost all my clients and contacts save one in the Camp Fire as my client base was in Paradise and Magalia. Since then, I have taken care of my own little furbabies and ever so often cared for the Chihuahua/Pug/Terrier mix of the one remaining client from Paradise. Within the years that I was actively pet sitting, I took care of dogs of all sizes from Chihuahuas to Whippets. I am excited to once again assist you with your pet sitting needs and ensure the best attention is given to your dog’s health, happiness, and well-being! For my clients in Paradise and Magalia, I did both drop-ins and overnight stays. (My favorite memory was staying with two little lovely Dachsies for three weeks!) I made sure each pet I took care of was fed as per the instructions given to me and that they had access to fresh, clean water. Whether it’s maintaining a regular meal routine or making sure your pet stays hydrated throughout the day, I prioritize comfort and health for all furbabies in my care. I also have experience administering medications, whether oral or topical, and am dedicated to ensuring your pets specific medical needs are met with precision and care. I know personally the importance of a vet's instructions and the proper maintenance of a consistent medication routine. I also know the importance of exercise in keeping a pet happy and healthy. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll or a more vigorous activity, I am happy to ensure that your pet gets the exercise and playtime they need! Above all, each dog that I have taken care of I have treated as part of my family. I look forward to providing your furbaby with the same love, attention, and care that I have given to my past clients and to my own pets! My schedule has changed and is more open during the work week. I currently have a day job between the hours of 12:30PM and 2:30PM, Monday through Friday. My hours can be flexible with this day job. I am available early morning and some evenings during the work week. My schedule changes, on occasion, in the evenings Monday through Friday. My weekends are fully free and am available for pet sitting, dog walking and drop-ins all day on Saturday and Sunday. For any pet in my care, whether it has been a client's pet or my own, I have always ensured that they have gotten plenty of love and quality care. For past clients, I adhered to all instructions given pertaining to feeding time, exercise and medications if applicable. I made sure there were plenty of cuddles and that every pet in my care felt safe and secure.

About: I have an understanding of dog psychology and act calm under pressure. Previously, I was the dog trainer at Petsmart for a year and a half. I love dogs very much and care for their success! My main concern is the dog's health, which is why walking them is extremely important. Giving dog's additional exercise other than playing in the back yard is key to releasing their excess energy. Walks also provide new areas to explore which will give them an opportunity to use their smellers and analyze the world. You will be surprised at how tuckered out they become! If you wanted to have your dog work on socialization and make new dog friends, I am more than willing to help your fur baby improve in this area. I am available Tuesday through Saturday mornings for a walk. There is a possibility of opening a window of availability in the afternoons. Let’s talk! About: I’ve had personal experience with animals of all kinds for my entire life. I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs, I’ve owned guinea pigs, and handled reptiles. I’ve dog sat many times over the past few years for family and friends. I currently spend a lot of time home and am looking for some extra money. I figured spending that time with animals would make me happiest. I have a cat of my own and I live in a pet-friendly apartment complex with lots of grass area for dogs! About: My pet care experience began when I started living with my uncle as a teenager. Back in the Philippines, he would rescue puppies and keep them in the house until he could find them a foster home. After school, I would go straight home and take care of the rescues. I would feed them and keep them hydrated, and then take them out for a walk. I also taught them tricks until they could master it without treats. I strongly believed that training is an essential part of their growth. When I moved here, I adopted Astrid as a puppy and she has been with me for 3 years now. My main skills with pets includes strict attention to time management, understanding their behaviors, and attending to their needs. Other skills include having patience, clear communication with owners, being on time, and being responsible with the duties given. I currently work part-time as a cook in a nursing home. On my days off, I usually stay at home either on my computer or take my dog to play outside. I have a lot of leisure time on these days, and I believe that pet sitting will fulfill these times and keep me busy. In my home, I ensure that my dog sleeps and naps comfortably when tired. I make sure that there’s food for her and water always refilled. I keep my dog active by walking around the neighborhood and going to the playground. I also play the guitar and sing songs to her when there is nothing else to do. When she wants to go outside, I let her run free in the backyard surrounded with fences and have a shaded area for her when it gets too hot. I would also leave the door open in case she wants a colder environment which is inside the house. In a client’s home, I would ensure that their pets are well fed and hydrated. If there is an accident, I would willingly be responsible for that and take care of it. I would make sure that their pets are also being engaged in activities so that they would feel less bored when the parents aren’t home.
