Fatima took care of our 75lb high energy Pitbull like it was her very own dog. We left for a vacation for 16 days and Fatima took over as both Mom and Pack Leader. She walked, fed, gave medication, cleaned ears, bathed, played with, etc. We got photos and vids daily, which gave us peace of mind that Leo was in great care. Highly Recommend!

Cheyenne and her husband Mike were awesome they provided photos and videos to keep me updated on how my little Ares was doing and they have an amazing setup to accommodate all needs from a spacious fenced in yard and little kiddie pool so they can jump in and stay refreshed on a hot sunny day to all the toys and treats your pup could dream of! I enjoyed looking at the wall of happy pups they have sitted in the past and you can tell how much they spoil your dog! 💯 recommend them if they’re in your area and you’re looking for a great fun place for your fur friend to stay!

Laura did a wonderful job in caring for our dogs. It was very nice to receive updates on how well they are doing along with pictures of them bonding with her family. This had allowed my husband and I to enjoy our honeymoon knowing our babies are in good hands. We will definitely book her again the next time we need a dog sitter. Thank you Laura!

Adriana was great! We had to book at the last minute because we were traveling through and accidentally booked a hotel that didn’t allow pets. She was very accommodating. She sent us lots of photos of our dog during his stay. He clearly felt very comfortable at her house based on the photos. She is very friendly and her own dog is so sweet. If we ever need a dogsitter when traveling through Scranton again, we will definitely use Adriana.

About: I've been professionally caring for pets for over four years through my home-based pet sitting business, Yech's Pet Haven. I am also a licensed boarding facility, giving pet parents added peace of mind that their dogs are staying in a safe and compliant environment. During that time, I've cared for dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes, including puppies, seniors, and pets with special routines or medications. I have experience safely managing multiple dogs, supervising playtime, and making sure every pet receives the individual attention they deserve. Growing up surrounded by animals, including dogs, horses, and goats, has given me a lifelong understanding of animal behavior and care. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, low-stress environment where every pet feels right at home while you're away. Pet care is a big part of my daily routine. Since I run a home-based boarding facility, I am able to provide frequent attention, potty breaks, playtime, walks, and supervision throughout the day. I keep my boarding numbers small so each pet receives personalized care and plenty of one-on-one attention. My schedule is built around making sure every dog feels comfortable, safe, and cared for while their family is away. I provide a safe, calm, and loving home environment where pets can relax and feel comfortable. As a licensed boarding facility, I prioritize cleanliness, safety, and responsible pet care. I carefully manage introductions, supervise interactions, and separate pets during meals, rest time, or whenever needed. I follow each pet’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise needs, and individual preferences, so they feel right at home.

About: I’ve had animals in my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up there’s always been at least 1 dog and cat in our home. My fiancé and I currently have two pups of our own, including one with epilepsy, so I’m comfortable with medications, special care, and making sure pets feel safe and loved. I’ve cared for animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and my goal is always to become your pet’s new best friend (with plenty of treats, walks, belly rubs, and a few silly conversations along the way). I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own and make sure they get all the love, attention, and care they deserve while you’re away! I work a hybrid schedule, so on the days my calendar shows I’m available, I’m working from home and have plenty of flexibility throughout the day for walks, potty breaks, playtime, meals, and lots of attention. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I treat them like they’re my own. I know how important it is for pets to feel safe and comfortable, so I try to keep their normal routine as much as possible — same feeding schedule, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medications, and plenty of love and attention. In my home, pets become part of the family! I have two pups of my own, so I understand the importance of making sure everyone feels comfortable, supervised, and included. I’m happy to provide a calm environment with lots of playtime, cuddles, and attention. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping things familiar and stress-free. I follow your instructions closely, keep your pets on their usual schedule, send updates and pictures, and make sure you come home to happy, well-cared-for pets.

Jack and Joanne were absolutely wonderful to our 1 year old Weimaraner. Their property is expansive and perfect for a dog who requires a great deal of exercise. I could tell how much they love and care for animals. I highly recommend these wonderful, trustworthy people. We were updated daily with photos and videos of our boy!

Adam was wonderful with Scout! I was a little nervous about boarding him since he usually stays with family, but Adam and his family truly made it feel like he was staying with relatives of his own. He sent regular updates and pictures throughout Scout's stay, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Every photo showed Scout looking happy, comfortable, and cozying up to everyone. It was clear he was getting plenty of attention and affection. When we picked Scout up, he was happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. Adam made it so easy to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing Scout was in great hands. We're incredibly grateful for the care he provided and would absolutely trust him with Scout again in the future!

100% of Courtdale sitters also include daily walks in the neighborhood during dog boarding stays. You can also request photo and message updates throughout the stay so you can see which Courtdale landmarks or neighborhoods your dog is enjoying.

If your dog is a little shy, consider booking a one-night trial stay! This practice run can boost your and your dog’s confidence before your trip.

Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Courtdale home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:

  • Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
  • Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
