“I was so nervous to find a caregiver for our Zoey. The reason is Zoey is a 3 year old epileptic boxer. Even though her seizures are controlled I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to find someone to keep her overnight and be responsible for her medication. Then I found Jennifer on Rover. I set up a meet and greet and I just knew Jennifer was ready for the challenge. We set up an overnight stay while my husband and I had to be out of town. Jennifer sent so many pictures and updates. It was wonderful!! Zoey was in great hands and received amazing care. We are so thankful for her love of animals and for the more “needy” animals. Jennifer was a rockstar!!”

She’s great at sending photos and updates, and ensuring she knows if there are any special instructions before we leave him with her. “I am very particular about who I leave Ali with. I interviewed several sitters on Rover meeting them at their homes and felt the most comfortable with Malik and his wife. I loved that they only watch one dog at a time in addition to their own. I liked receiving pictures and updates, they communicated with me promptly when I reached out. I also enjoyed seeing pictures of my dog going on walks and to the park. One picture sent was of Malik playing with Ali with one of his favorite toys, that warmed my heart. It's important to me to have a sitter that will try to provide some of the things he is use too and some of his daily routines. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again. I'm really picky so trust me I felt good about leaving him.”

We originally made the booking for our three dogs, but sadly our oldest passed away about a week before the trip. When I shared the news with Anne she was incredibly kind and sympathetic. Leaving our girls was hard after the recent loss of our oldest, but I had no doubt Anne would take excellent care of them—and she did not disappoint! I was impressed by the detailed updates which included pictures. She took them for walks in addition to outdoor time in her backyard and let them sleep with her.
