She was so understanding when he got excited and made himself at her home by peeing and pooping while I was dropping him off (for the first time ever with another family). With kindness and grace, Susan was so sweet to Tobi and encouraged me to have a good time on my vacation. She sent photos and videos to show me he was OK. She even went the extra mile on a few things to make him comfortable. I cannot thank her enough. She expressed enjoying having him over and invited him back again someday.
