“Louise was wonderful :) She came to my rescue when my usual sitter was unable to take care of my little cockapoo. She responded quickly, was extremely flexible in meeting my needs - I needed a place for Kuchoo for the next day, and she arranged her schedule so I could drop her off right before I left for the airport. She also was very flexible in when I could not pick her up which was late in the evening. She asked me about Kuchoo and what she liked or did throughout the day, so that she could make sure she could do the same. She had us meet her dogs together, before I left - which helped me be relaxed about her 2 dogs - whom are sweet as well. While I was away, Louise even send me a picture of my dog playing with her dogs, and send me brief emails about how she was doing. All in all, from now on, I am sure to use Louise whenever I leave town. I felt completely comfortable with the arrangement and knew that my Kuchoo would like her experience. Thank you Louise :)”

We did an initial meet and greet and after that meeting just knew it was going to be a good fit. Paul’s communication was great and we loved getting all the photo updates while we were away. Their house is clean and very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. They went on lots of walks, had toys for Izzy to play with and allowed Izzy to cuddle on the couch and bed with them. “I was searching for a sitter for 5 days... 4 days before a trip and my usual sitter was not available. It's always a little scary leaving your baby with someone new and it helps to put you at ease when a sitter on Rover has reviews, repeat customers, and high ratings. With such short notice, my options were limited and I'm glad they were. I scheduled a meet and greet with Louise, who is new to Rover, and felt reassured. It speaks volumes that she has fostered a dog for about a year. Her and her daughter are lovely people and you can tell they're genuine dog lovers. It's a bonus that Louise has a nice yard and lives in a quiet area with trails nearby. During my dog Maisie's stay, she consistently updated me with quality pictures and videos. Maisie has separation-anxiety and doesn't always have an appetite in new environments. I was relieved when I received a picture of her eating her breakfast on day one, and was able to fully enjoy my trip. It also warmed my heart to see Maisie getting cuddles. The ONLY reason Louise doesn't have a ton of repeat customers is because she's just starting out on Rover. If you ask me, it's only a matter of time. She will without a doubt be my first choice for a Rover from now on. Rest assured that if you choose Louise, your baby will be taken care of, loved, and happy.”

I’m so grateful for sitters who truly love dogs and understand dog behaviors.
