“Elli was terrific! She came for a Meet and Greet and was a wonderful person and sweet to our girl Ducky who is high energy. Elli kept us updated and made our day trip to NH relaxing knowing she was taking Ducky on some walks.”

“Erica has been so amazing with Leo! Leo tends to be nervous of new people and reactive so I was very apprehensive about having someone new walk him. Erica took her time with Leo, doing a meet and greet and test walk before and was patient in allowing him to gain trust in her. He’s making such great progress with Erica and it’s so nice to have found someone who is so sweet and loving towards him and who can be trusted. Erica is very reliable, coming at the scheduled time each day and even willing to make last minute adjustments when needed. I can’t say enough how amazing Erica has been and how much Leo and I appreciate her for her help!”

About: Hi, I'm Greta, and I'm thrilled to offer my pet-sitting services! As a lifelong animal lover, I've always felt a special connection with our furry, friends. Growing up, I was surrounded by pets of all shapes and sizes, from dogs and cats to horses. This early exposure taught me the importance of patience, understanding, and responsible care. I believe that every pet is unique and deserves personalized attention. Whether it's a playful pup who needs plenty of exercise or a timid kitty who prefers gentle cuddles, I'm committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for your beloved companions. I'm experienced in feeding, walking, administering medication, and, most importantly, showering pets with love and affection. When you entrust your pets to me, you can rest assured that they'll be treated like family. I'll keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can stay connected and worry-free while you're away. I'm excited to meet you and your pets and create a positive and memorable experience for everyone!" My schedule tends to stay pretty open. I work at a cafe, but my shifts are usually just 4-7 hours so I can provide full care outside of that time. I care for pets according to whatever their needs are. I will happily follow any instructions given to me, whether the pet needs special medication or specific care, I am open to most.

“Justin and Eva were very happy and enthusiastic about meeting my dog, Bruce. They listened to all my recommendations and did a successful 1 hour walk, even in the rain! Very pleasant people to work with.”

“Daisy was wonderful! She was very accommodating, especially given it was a short-notice request. She sent along several photos of my dog while he was with her. I am looking forward to using her services much more in the future.”

About: I've been caring for cats and dogs my whole life, and it's something that's become second nature to me. I currently have two cats and one dog, and each of them has their own unique personality and needs. Over the years, I've learned how to read their behaviors, provide the right nutrition, and create a safe, loving environment for them to thrive in. From playful moments to quiet companionship, caring for them has brought me so much joy and a deep sense of responsibility. Whether it's grooming, training, or those unexpected trips to the vet, pet care has taught me patience, empathy, and the true meaning of unconditional love. Pet care is a regular and important part of my daily routine. I start each morning by feeding my two cats and my dog, making sure they all have fresh water. I take my dog out for a walk in the morning and again in the evening, which also gives us some good exercise and bonding time. Throughout the day, I clean the litter boxes, check on my pets to make sure they’re comfortable, and give them attention or play with them when I can. In the evenings, I often brush them or do basic grooming if needed. Taking care of them has become a natural part of my schedule — it keeps me grounded and gives my day a sense of structure and purpose. I will update my schedule here weekly. I work full time in Bangor, so I would be available any day after 4PM always, and then three or four days a week I will have open availability. When caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. I make sure they’re fed on a consistent schedule, have clean water, and receive plenty of attention and exercise. I clean litter boxes daily for my cats and take my dog out for regular walks. I also spend time grooming them and watching for any signs of health issues. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their specific instructions closely, stick to the pet’s usual routine to minimize stress, and treat their home and animals with the same care and respect I give my own. I make sure to communicate clearly with the owner and provide updates so they feel at ease while away.

About: I have two dogs of my own that are now both 9 years old, and have been raised with me for all 9 years. I also often walk and take care of dogs for family, friends, and neighbor's who are busy or out of town. I am a college student with a couple in person and online classes. I love all animals and being outside and am happy to include a little pet care in my life everyday. I have two dogs of my own at my house and a large backyard. I have an open availability and am able to travel to houses and areas to care for other pets.

About: I have had pets since I was a little girl, I had 2 cats as a child and we rescued our dog when I was 12. He has since proven himself the love of my life. I am currently working part-time with an ever-changing schedule, but I have plenty of time (especially on weekends) to walk and care for your pets! I go for a hike averaging around 4 miles every other day, and I would be more than happy to bring your pup with me and get that energy out! While I can’t bring your dog to my house, I am more than capable of keeping them happy and healthy and well-exercised when needed. I also have experience with dogs with allergies and I am very detail-oriented!

About: I have been taking care of dogs for 2 years now, starting with helping out with my family. But now I have been pet sitting for friends and family, and around 9 months ago I started working at a dog daycare, helping them out there! As a current nursing student, I am willing to work on a schedule that works for you and your pup! I am able to help anytime before or after my classes, and even in between! When it comes to safety, I am willing to do whatever is most comfortable for you and your pup. Whether this is crating your pup during the day or letting them out of leash outside!

About: Hi! My name is Madeline. I am a passionate animal person and have been caring for animals pretty much my entire life. I've personally owned dogs, cats, horses, birds, fish, hamsters and cared for ferrets, snakes, and a variety of livestock/farm animals. I label myself as a true animal lover and pride myself on being able to connect with animals on a special level. I have been a professional sitter/dog walker for over 8 years now, and am ready to take on more clients. I do have a small home so I can only take 1-2 bookings at a time. I always aim to have a respectful relationship with owners and try to be as honest and helpful as possible! I have many, many references available. I look forward to meeting your pets! I am super flexible and always willing to hear your needs and see what we can make work, especially with the busy-ness that is the holidays. So feel free to reach out and I’ll see how I can best accommodate you and your pets 🙂 I do work a full time job M-F, but from home with lots of flexibility. My schedule is designed to be flexible and meet multiple pet owners needs. Let me know what your fur baby needs and we’ll get it arranged. I have a small cat who prefers to keep to herself. My home is dog proof and although I don’t have a fenced yard but I have wonderful walking areas in my community so your pet will end up with more walk time and socialization than just staying in a yard.

About: I use to dog sit my grandma's dog, Ava, all the time before she passed away, giving her baths and walks as well as the occasional 5am pee time. I also have taken care of my friends one year old Corgi for a few days while they were out of town. I am a musician so my days are usually very open. I drop my partner off at work at 3pm and pick her up at night. During these times I am completely free to take car of your furry child. I will let them sniff and roam where they may when on leash or in an enclosed area. I will take long walks and play with them as needed so they feel worked out. I love rewarding good behavior so I'll help in basic commands with little treats as rewards.

About: I have been around animals my entire life. I've been involved in the training of 5 puppies, and have a lot of experience caring for larger breeds, particularly active and playful doggos. I have a cat of my own whom I love dearly, and love to make new furry friends. My past experience includes volunteering at a local boarding kennel, caring for senior dogs and administering medication, taking active pups on fun activities like swimming or hiking, and being a live in sitter during week-long getaways. Whether you need someone to stop in and check on your pup or someone to give your companion love and affection while you're away, I'm happy to help! I currently am taking one summer class and am working part-time jobs, so I have time particularly during the morning/midday and on weekends free to take care of your pets. I have a car cover for the backseat of my car, so any adventures we take I am prepared for. I like to earn pet's trust, so letting them come to me and show me what their comfortable with is key.

About: I majored at the University of Maine in animal and veterinarian sciences with a Prevet concentration. I have had the honor to work in vet offices, in zoos and on farms. So I have been around many different types of animals in multiple ways. I believe that all animals are the most selfless, caring beings and truly are a man’s best friend. Everyone I know, refers to me as an animal lover and because of the veterinarian side, I will always make sure to keep an eye out on your animals health as well. I have plenty of time to be attentive and spend with your animal :). I even included the days where I can housesit full-time preferably, which would be over the weekend and into Monday. But obviously, there can always be exceptions, all I ask is for a check in/heads up. For housesitting, I will obviously follow any guidelines you leave me, whether that be walking your animal on a leash or some type of harness; or letting them out into a fenced in area. I will follow feeding guidelines and anything else that is a concern of yours.
