“Madison took very good care of my three cats for a week while I was gone on vacation. Madison gave my one cat Meds even though Mittens resisted at first. She sent lots of pictures and left the house looking just as I left it. Cat boxes cleaned, food dishes full. I will have Madison watch my fur babies again.”

“Katie did a fantastic job caring for my cat while I was away. I'm always a little nervous leaving Kitty for an extended period as she is older and is wary of strangers. Katie befriended her and I was able be away knowing Kitty was being well cared for. I would highly recommend Katie's services to anyone and would definitely book her services again in the future.”

About: Years of Experience! 🐾 Hi there! My name is Madi, and I’ve spent the last 15+ years doing what I love most: caring for dogs. From growing up in a home filled with happy tails and muddy paws to years of trusted dogsitting and daily walks, dogs have always been a central part of my life. I currently care for two amazing pups of my own—spoiled, loved, and treated just like family—and I bring that same care, attention, and respect to every dog I encounter. Whether your furry friend needs a high-energy jog(within reason, I am not a runner!), a slow sniff-and-stroll, or just a little company while you’re away, I’m here to give them the exercise, stimulation, and affection they deserve. I offer dependable, flexible, and compassionate service you can count on. I’m not just a dog walker—I’m a dog person through and through. Let’s give your dog their new favorite part of the day. 🐶 I am a registered nurse and have decided to do this on my few days off each week, because it’s something I enjoy! Each weeks availability varies with my work schedule so I have opened my books to one time bookings for now. My pets are treated like royalty! Lol, really… I would strive to keep all pets safe, loved, and happy. They get a short life, and my hope is to offer a service that can bring fulfillment to the long days that their owners are at work.

About: Howdy! My name is Jordan, I'm a reliable pet sitter who understands that every dog has their own personality and pace when it comes to bonds. While I’ve mostly cared for family pets, I’ve yet to meet a dog I couldn’t establish companionship with. Whether that means giving them space to warm up or engaging with them in ways they’re comfortable with. I’m here to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away! I'm juggling multiple freelancing gigs to create a stable income. My project-based work gives me a flexible schedule, though I usually spend Saturdays visiting friends for a couple hours. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for in their familiar environment. I respect each pet’s unique personality and needs, whether that means giving them space to warm up or engaging them in play. Many dogs deserve more activity than they typically get, so I’m always happy to include playtime, whether it’s a game of fetch, light tug-of-war, or just some extra attention and interaction. When we’re not playing, I’m just as happy to relax and offer cuddles for dogs who enjoy affection. No matter their energy level, I aim to make their time with me feel fun, safe, and stress-free.

I want to make sure I follow what you want for your pet especially since that’s what they are used to.

About: Hello! I currently work for a non kill animal shelter and researching various dog training techniques highlighting patients and praise. Sharing my love of dogs by offering my services to anything dog related, and look forward to meeting many new dogs and spending time: playing, training, taking care, and even running if your dogs likes it as much as I do! Currently, my typical primary work schedule is Moday-Wendsday with occasional weeks off as work is slow. Besides running trails I'm a homebody who would love to spend my extra time caring for your dog. I'm very flexible but would like to stay somewhat local, but visiting your home is not a problem! My home is a half-mile away from the game preserve, which ofers many lakes and trails to accommodate the best adventures.

About: I worked with dogs for the past 5 years at a kennel and I have 5 dogs of my own! I’ve watched my grandparents pets on occasion as well! I am on the hunt for a part time job so I’m pretty available as of right now and I’m look forward to spending time with your pets! I will monitor your pet on potty breaks and be observant during walks! I will follow whatever rules you have set in your home/for your pet!

About: I am new to Rover, but have been a pet/housesitter with TrustedHousesitters since 2018 and MindMyHouse since 2022. I am available for long term (7+days) in home pet sits anywhere. I am a snowbird, who lives in NE Indiana the rest of the year. If I happen to be in your area and don’t need to stay overnight in your home, I’m open to just stopping by and walking them. Just send me a message and we can figure it out. I am a social introvert, who enjoys spending time with animals, volunteering, babysitting, exploring, reading, gardening, photography and using my creative side as much as possible. I LOVE going on adventures with the pups that I sit for. Everywhere outdoors that I go, they go (if the pet owner approves). I am also just as content cuddling up with them at home. I bring over 30 years of experience in house/pet sitting. I have bonded with so many sweet pets (of all ages, sizes and breeds), made great friends with their owners, and have been blessed to be invited back by all of them (please see my 5 star reviews under my photos). I am very capable of sitting for multiple pets, while caring for your home, yard, plants, and pool. I grew up in a family of 7 and my parents raised us to be independent and self-sufficient. I have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation, therefore I have no trouble driving up to 16 hours to do a house sit. I am honest, reliable, clean, and respectful of other people's homes. I do not smoke, drink, or use drugs. I am very frugal and I strive to live a zero waste lifestyle. I have extensive experience with gardening, plant care, and yard maintenance. I worked as a florist for 10 years and have always had a garden and eclectic selection of plants of my own. Finally, I love photography and will most likely send you lots of cute photos of your pets. I work remotely five days a week and am able to be around your pets throughout the day to ensure they have the love and attention that they need. I will care for your pet in your home and can stay up to 1-3 months if I’m traveling. Locally, I’m only available for in home pet sits that are 3 days or longer. If I happen to be in your area and don’t need to stay overnight in your home, I’m open to just stopping by and walking them. Just send me a message and we can figure it out. About: I have been obsessed with dogs as a child. My parents told me I couldn't get one until I proved I was responsible enough to care for one. After a year of staying on top of the chores and responsibilities my parents gave me. I was finally allowed to go get my puppy and have been involved with dogs ever since! I have now done a 6 week in person dog training course. That came with basic dog first aid and nutrition. If you have any questions feel free to ask! You can find my business page at Solid Foundation Dog Training on facebook! I am currently setting all my own hour for work. I full time train dogs so i often can change my hours if needed. I would love to walk and check in on your pups to make sure they are as happy as can be. When we are not home our youngest pup is in the crate and does great. The older 2 stay in the laundry room and the hall leading to the kitchen with just a gate keeping them in there. They are fed 2 times a day morning and night. They get brushed a lot because of the shedding and they get snuggles on the couch every night. I love training and learning how to train them to do new things.
