About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

I have been pet sitting since I was a teenager. I have had at least one dog of my own continuously since 1995, and I have extensive experience with many different sizes and breeds of dogs, as well as cats, small animals and reptiles. I also have extensive experience caring for ill and injured animals, as my Great Dane had many health issues, and I also cared for her post-op after two surgeries and a resulting infection. I have grown up all my life around animals dogs especially, now with children of my own I love to share that experience with them. Available and flexible times if needed . We run, we play and meet friends (if like to play with others dogs) long walks in the leaves or snow we come over in all weather. About: Ive walked dogs for many years from my own dog to friends or families! I have a love for dogs and enjoy spending time with your furry friends! I am available all day on Tuesday and Wednesdays as well as Thursday to Monday before 4pm. I can walk in the mornings and afternoons. I am also able to do overnights if needed. I lost my cat two years ago to old age and cancer. Although I haven't welcomes a new pet of my own into the home I gave birth to Twin girls! They are now 16 months and LOVE visiting with your animals. Sometimes they come with me for walks or drop ins as long as a meet and greet happens where I see a positive interaction between your animal and my babies. If it's not a good match then I either don't have the girls with me or for wont take the boarding request as they live with me full time.

I was shopping for a new collar and some toys for my boxer mix and I was going on about how I was trying to find someone to watch him for the weekend while I went away on business, and she mentioned that she actually did dog sitting and would love to do it. The next day I met with her and my little Billy got to see her house and meet her dogs, everyone immediately hit it off amd it was set! She sent me LOADS of pictures and videos of Billy having fun with her and her dogs, even ahowing me that she took him to the pool.
