Ive had plenty of animals from farm to exotic i love them all i can guarantee your fur baby will have a blast with me :) I am currently unemployed so i have all the time in the world for your child/fur baby i am available any time you need me. I do not have a fenced in yard but i would love to go run with your baby (on a leash of course unless they listen) i have 1 cat that is inside/outside so if your fur baby doesn’t get along i can easily place the cat outside.

After growing up with only dogs and small house pets (hamsters, crabs, fish, frogs, and lizards)In my adulthood, my husband and I have opened our home to several rescues through the six years we’ve been together. At our home we consider ourselves “last owners” animals come to us to live out the rest of their lives, comfortable and loved. We’ve been by the side of 6 rescue birds, a few kittens and one chameleon to watch them cross over the rainbow bridge, and complete their journey. Between Gage (my husband) and I we have 10 cats (willow, meadow, sushi, pumpkin, chai, jenny, lucifer, salem, peggy & naruto) 5 birds (blanca, bleezy, grim, puffer & mongo bongo - she’s a 46 year old scarlett macaw! - ) 1 dog, (chief) 1 chameleon (pascal) and 1 scalata tortoise (torchy) ! we are obviously big animal lovers!! About: I have had dogs my entire life, as a four years ago I got an orange cat and could not choose between either for the life of me. I cannot wait to meet and take care of your fur babies :) I am currently in nursing school only taking up 2 to 3 days a week. I am now available for boarding at my home so feel free to look into that as well!! I make sure that the bowls are always full, or their food has been given on time along with medication if needed. I also make sure they are getting as much outside time as they can get.

About: My love of pets began young, as my family always had at least one (and up to three) dogs growing up. My journey of independent pet ownership began when I was 18, moved out, and immediately acquired a plethora of pets. Currently, I am home to 1 dog (Bees) and 5 cats (Yuna, Jody, Mittens, Zeus, and Hera). I began (unofficial) pet sitting at 14, when I would watch my neighbors pets while they were out of town. Since then I have volunteered with Austin Pets Alive! and Dallas Pets Alive! (both incredible organizations) as a foster parent and to assist with cleaning, walking, and playing with their in-shelter animals. I have experience with dogs, cats, goats, bunnies, cows, fish, and chickens, but am happy to do additional research to learn more about another type of pet if needed! I also have experience with puppies, kittens, and senior dog/cat care including giving medication, administering IV fluids at home, and wound care. I love all sizes, ages, and temperaments of pets and would love to provide some snuggles, playtime, and long walks while you're away! I currently work full-time in an incredibly flexible job, so I will have plenty of time to hang out with your pet during the work day (M-F) and all day on the weekends! I like to start the mornings and end the (early) evenings with a long walk (I also have cat walking experience!). I can guarantee a potty break a minimum of every 2 hours and a minimum of a combined 2 hours of active time (walks, playing) throughout the day for pets who have a lot of energy! For your pets safety, I will follow any guidelines you provide me to ensure they do not become unnecessarily stressed by a change in routine. I can crate your pet (if desired) and always provide active monitoring of all outside time to ensure they don't Houdini their way out of the yard. I also NEVER assume your cat is an outdoor or indoor/outdoor cat unless you EXPLICITLY STATE that I should let them outside. Even for indoor/outdoor cats, I can keep them fully inside while you are away for peace of mind. I also provide daily photo updates so you can see for yourself that your family member is happy and well taken care of!
