I will respect your home and keep everything clean, organized, and calm. I’m more than happy to send regular updates and photos so you can feel comfortable and at ease while you’re away. Addie seemed relaxed and in tune with Janice from the start. We had an introductory visit before our first drop-off where we could see that Addie felt comfortable and confident with Janice and her family. We could see from the photos that Janice sent that Addie was enjoying her time and getting to know the other animals (cats, dogs, sheep) that are part of Janice's home and farm. We could not have hoped for a better outcome. It meant a lot to us that Addie enjoyed her stay because she has a tendency to experience some separation anxiety, but she didn’t seem to have any that day. Janice has a gentle way with animals and is genuinely interested in how they feel and what they need. Addie received excellent care and loving attention during her visit.”

About: I've had the privilege of caring for a variety of animals over the years. From mice, rabbits, dogs, cats, horses, chickens, ducks - I love to pamper them all! I've learned to understand each animals' individual needs and am hyperfocused in their comfort. Being a committed pet parent, I've experienced and indulged in all the milestones - so I'm ready for the puppy edition all the way through caring for your senior family member. Being very detailed oriented and personally spoiling my own critters, I can support even the most high maintenance of fur babies! My fiancé (also on Rover!) ensure your furbaby is entertained around the clock! I work from home and handle the early bird shift, including your pup in the sunrise (bright snd early) farm chores. My fiancé provides the daytime activities including long walks and hikes on our farm, supervised yard time, play time. Evening activities include additional walks and games. Pups will have their last walk and tucked in for the night around 1030PM. I am extremely conscious of pet safety and following instructions provided by owners. When pets are at my home, they will not have any interaction with other animals- just me and my fiancé (who is also on Rover!). Dogs will always be on a leash, with the exception of being enclosed in a secure fenced in area. We have a 1 acre fenced in yard where dogs can have supervised zoomie time. Dogs will never be left unattended in the yard. Our fur guests spending the day or night will have their own room with a bed, crate (if preferred for their comfort or if they are beavers), ad lib water, etc.

About: Over 20 years of experience with dogs. Pulled my first dog from the ACC on 110th in Manhattan when I was 19 years old. Never looked back. I've been adopting, fostering, and rescuing ever since. Now at 41, I have my own boarding facility on a farm. ***Pick up and drop off service available*** Self-employed farm owner. My better half is also on the property full time. We are available and on call 24/7. Finding time to care for your dog(s) is never an issue. It is our pleasure to host your furry family member(s). We have individual furnished and heated kennels (with fenced outdoor runs) for our guests. There is a fenced play yard and walks are provided as well. If properly socialized and cool with the pack, all friends are allowed to hang in the house.

About: Animals are the best friends in our lives and deserve attentive care and respect, as well as an active life of curiosity and steady love! I am available this summer pretty much all the time. Those days when I am not available will not be on my schedule thank you! At my house we have four acres to run around on and a long private road with very little traffic where we can explore together (with a leash). There is a lot of fresh air and fun natural smells coming up from the woods to investigate!

About: I have over 30 years experience with dogs working with my mother who bred Golden Retrievers since 1990 at Maplenook Goldens. I've also worked through my college years with over 5 families pet and house sitting and loved it! Also worked with Ledgewood Kennels and taken obedience and breed handling classes at Southlands in Rhinebeck NY. I would love to have a part time job and working and training dogs is my dream job. I’ve been working on getting my Dog training certificate to teach classes or work with individuals who needs help. I have two beautiful friendly Golden females that are like my children, both spayed. We have a fenced in yard where we play, go for walks around the neighborhood, celebrate their doggy birthdays. We do weekly obedience training, scent training, and lots of playing! The same care and love I give to my girls is the same I'd give to your fur babies.
