She did a great job with Maisy, while we were out all day - two visits, and Maisy warmed up to Alison quickly. When Maisy was timid at the beginning of the first visit, Alison knew just what to do to, and by the second visit Maisy welcomed Alison in with a wagging tail and led her all around the neighborhood on their walk. About: I've cared for all kinds of animals including farm animals like chickens and goats to typical house pets, Right down to a sugar glider once I have a wonderful schedule that allows me 3 days off. With school getting ready to pick back up again and winter on its way. I'm looking for a little extra income and what better way than to spend some hours with the best things on the planet, pets! Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are my days off so those are the days I will be available most often. Though, because I don't leave for work until noon, I would be open to morning drop-ins when possible on the weekends. It's important for pets to know they're taken care of fresh food and water. Some play time and company clean litter boxes and walks. Their comfort is key.

About: For many years now I have been dog walking, animal/house sitting, and general caregiver for pets while their people are away. This started for me as a side job while traveling, then would settle for a time places and through word of mouth I would consistently be asked for more help. People love there pet all over the world, and I have always enjoyed being of service! Growing up my family would rescue the largest dogs from nearby shelters and cats were always around too. So early on I learned how to play, care, and love for often misunderstood animals. I’ve always always had a passion for nature, travel, and agricultural, which has developed into 10 plus years working on farms while traveling. This has cultivated a variety of experiences caring for animals! About: I just moved to a cat friendly apartment. I want my own cat and I figured that I could watch people's while I wait. About: Hello! My name is Marielle and I'm an animal lover. I grew up on a farm and have had many dogs, cats, horses and other pets over the years. I've worked and lived at a dog boarding facility where I helped with day to day operations, doggy day care, and was in charge of all off-site hikes! I've also walked dogs more casually, using online apps, and doing house calls and walks around the neighborhood. For the past ten years I've volunteered at animals shelters working with both cats and dogs, doing walks, cleaning up, feeding and bathing, plus some basic first-aid and medical services. Whatever you are looking for I'd be happy to help! My job has flexible hours and I'm available to house/pet sit overnight, stop in and check on your furry friend while you're at work, do a 30 or 60 minute walk, or take them on a hike if they have lots of energy and are well-behaved! Spending time with animals is my passion and I can't wait to meet your best friend! I'm an outdoor guide in the White Mountains and have a flexible schedule. Typically I work weekends and have weekdays free, but sometimes I have weekend availability too! My car is set up to transport animals easily and safety is my number one priority! I currently own a small Long-Haired Speckled Dachshund (12lbs) and a much larger Husky/German Shepard mix (70lbs) so I'm able to accommodate any size and will adjust activity and how I care for each pet dependent on what they need/want.

About: I’ve have 3 dogs and a cat in my own home so I know a thing or two on how to keep your doggy happy and playful. I am an early college student and most of my classes are online so I have a lot of free time on my hands. So I am able to dog sit for long hours if needed or just friendly visits if needed. I live in a house with three very friendly dogs and lots of backyard space for throwing the ball and playing around. Plus I have a lot of hiking trails and ponds for swimming during the summer.

About: I have had dogs in my life since I can remember, from family dogs to dog sitting for friends in high school, to now owning my own two little creatures. I am knowledgeable and comfortable with high-anxiety dogs and leash-reactive dogs (one of mine is both of these and more!) and am comfortable and confident with all sizes, breeds, and ages. There's nothing better than plugging into a good podcast and taking a nice, long walk with a furry friend. I have experience with all types of dogs, especially bully breed dogs (pit bulls, boxers, etc) and everything from high anxiety dogs to puppies to elder care dogs. I can administer oral medication, and have given humans shots before so with some owner coaching, would definitely be comfortable administering injected medication if needed. I'm currently working part time, so I have lots of time to take your pup on a walk during the day or hang with them while you’re out of town. I live in Burlington, VT, but I'm willing to travel. I am happy to come to your home where your dog is already comfortable and familiar. Having two dogs who have utilized Rover for this reason, I believe it is the best option for some high-anxiety dogs not to be put into an unfamiliar situation when their parents are gone. I am also available for drop in visits and/or neighborhood walks during the weekday! There’s nothing better than plugging in a podcast and taking a long walk with a pup!

About: From as far back as I can remember I have been living animals and taking care of them. I have always had a large variety of pets and then worked in Petsmart in high school to gain a greater understanding of pet care needs. My love of animals continued to follow me through out school where I got a degree in environmental biology and have been working with wild life ever since. I still have pets but I would love to meet yours and care for them as if they were my own! So currently I am working seasonally in marine biology and fisheries and have just got off a boat for the season. Because of this I have ample time to tend to your pets needs until I head back out to sea next summer. I will be working part time on the slopes this winter but making time to take care of pets is a routine that I am used to so I would be happy to make my winter schedule work with yours. I believe a tired dog is a good dog, I too need exercise so I plan to keep your pet active and engage to help them get to know me and take their mind off you not being there. I also have a very old arthritic dog at the moment so I realize not all pets should be as physically active as others and will pay close attention to any specific needs your pet has to ensure they are happy and healthy.
