“We’re so grateful to have found Connie. She stayed with our senior dog while we went hiking in the area, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Connie kept us updated throughout the day, even sent us pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our dog had some anxiety, but Connie was so kind and attentive, keeping her calm and distracted with lots of love. Her home is absolutely beautiful, an oasis of peace and nature. It was clear our dog felt safe and cared for there. Thank you, Connie, for treating her like family.”

“My pup Farrah is in her glory when staying with Hannelie. She has room to roam and two great pups to play with. Hannelie prioritizes safety and fun, leaving me with nothing but confidence that Farrah has the best care.”

“I usually send my dog to daycare to a different person and he goes there every Tuesday through Wednesday, sometimes Saturday if he needs extra energy out by running in the large backyard. But the regular daycare lady had to go on a trip to her family in Hawaii and I had no where to send my dog to. I couldn't let him stay at home for 8 hours while my husband and I work. I looked through rover and found Monica. My dog seem to have fun, had 3 walks with her. I usually get a lot of videos and pictures from daycare but this time with Monica, I got enough and felt assured that he's okay. Thank you for taking care of my dog.”

I will plan out my day accordingly to make sure their needs are fully met and they get the love they deserve when they are away from their owners. About: I am an experienced dog handler and temperament tester. I have worked in shelters for the past 8 years, and help run a dog rescue. I believe in, and practice a positive reinforcement training and reward system. I will provide a safe and fun and social experience for your dog. I love dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I am also well versed in the “crate and rotate” situation in the event there are animals in my home that don’t like each other. My schedule does vary and I do work weekends but animals are never left alone for more than 4 to 6 hours. Crate trained animals are required to stay in my home. I am happy to help with that sort of training.

About: As a professional dog trainer, I have a deep understanding of canine body language and behavior, allowing me to tailor your dog’s stay to their unique personality and needs. Whether they love playtime, prefer quiet snuggles, or need extra structure, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable. Every dog is different, and I customize my care to what works best for them! I work from home, so your dog will have plenty of companionship throughout the day. My life revolves around dogs 24/7, with most of my work consisting of Zoom meetings and training sessions. If I do leave, it’s only for 1-2 hours max—but even then, I have a live video camera set up so I can keep an eye on your pup. It even lets me talk to them and dispense treats! Whether they need playtime, enrichment, or a cozy spot to relax, they’ll always have the care and attention they deserve. When your dog stays with me, they become part of the family! I provide a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment tailored to their unique needs. Whether they love to play, relax, or enjoy the outdoors, I adjust their stay to what makes them happiest. In my home, your pup will enjoy: • Dog-Friendly Lake Access – I live on a dog-friendly lake, and during the warmer months, I can even take your pup swimming if that’s something they enjoy! • Constant Companionship – I work from home, so they’re rarely alone. • Live Video Monitoring – If I step out for a short time (1-2 hours max), I have a camera that lets me check in, talk to them, and even give treats. • Crate-Free Environment – Your dog can enjoy their stay without the need for a crate, as I have a dog-proofed home that keeps them safe while preventing them from getting into anything they shouldn’t. • Personalized Care – I understand canine body language and behavior, ensuring their routine fits their personality and comfort level. • Daily Enrichment – Playtime, mental stimulation, and structured activities to keep them engaged. • Cozy & Safe Environment – Whether they prefer a quiet nap spot or an active day, I create a space where they feel at home. Every dog is different, and I make sure their stay is as stress-free and enjoyable as possible!

“Our dog Mac had a wonderful day spent with Michael and his little daughter while we skied at nearby Shawnee mountain. They played and cuddled and Mac seemed to be happy as can be. Michael sent us updates throughout the day which really put us at ease. Would definitely recommend!”

About: Megan and I are both retired, and our two sons live on their own now. Our last dog passed away in the past year after a good, long life. He was 12 years old, and we had him since he was a puppy. We know we want another dog at some point but aren't ready yet. In the meantime, we are happy to help other dog owners. Since we first married, we’ve always had at least one dog of our own. Our family even raised puppy Seeing Eye Dogs through a 4-H club. We adopted one that failed because he was too friendly. Gulliver is the funny guy in our pictures. We’re recently retired so someone is always home. We both wake up pretty early and can be flexible with routines to make your dog(s) comfortable. We do travel with our RV from time to time so if you see us as unavailable please try again later. We really love dogs. Our home is dog-safe, and it gets tested every time our sons come up with their dog. The yard isn't fenced in, so we would keep your dogs on a leash or cable to go out. The cable runs along a clothesline to let them move around the entire yard. Our dog used to love to run with the cable. We are very close to Promised Land State Park too, so we can go on some hikes while your dog stays with us. We are open to taking multiple dogs but only if they already live in the same home.

For boarding services, I ensure ample space for play and rest, along with designated areas for meals and relaxation. Regular exercise and interactive playtime are integrated into the daily routine to keep pets mentally and physically stimulated. I adhere to any dietary restrictions and medication schedules diligently, ensuring each pet's health and well-being are top priorities.

About: I love taking care of animals. Animal energy is something I love having in my life. I have had dogs and cats since I was born. Now I have my very own Border Collie named Iris who I love with all my heart. I was always interested in animal care bathing walking cooking my own dog special food. I recently made the decision to leave my place of employment after 25 years. So now I can commit to animal care as much or as little as I can. I don't have a routine yet but hopefully I will establish one soon. I have done numerous overnights with up to 4 dogs. I ask the owners for a printed copy of each dogs habits, routine and exercise preferences. Also if the dog has any leash or food aggression.

About: I’ve been caring for my own pets as well as friends and neighbors, for over 20 years. We have a warm and caring home that is fenced in and ready to welcome your pet. We give all our animals lots of love and attention. I understand accidents happen, however I care for only fully house trained pets. About: I’ve had a few years experience taking care of family and friends pets, both cats and dogs. I have flexible availability and happy to help out with any last minute needs. I have volunteered at a local SPCA where I helped walk the dogs and take them out into the community. I also spent time bonding with the cats in the shelter to ensure they had time out of the crates. I have two cats and a dog and have cared for animals of all sizes. As a pet mom who has pets with special needs, I am happy to accommodate with dietary restrictions, etc. My pets are my family and I’ll treat yours just as such! ☺️ I have open flexibility with scheduling with my current job and open to doggie/cat stay overs, quick check ins, etc. I am open to same day availability I have a yard with a track outside the home so doggies can get their long walks in. I always keep them leashed to ensure safety of all animals as this is a rural area with lots of wildlife. Regarding cats, I check the litter multiple times a day to keep it clean and help the cats use it on a regular basis. Food and water is also checked throughout the day for our free eaters. I can accommodate all needs when communicated!

She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and passionate about the well-being of animals and very admirable in her devotion to fostering dogs in need of a loving home. “Elizabeth is a caring, responsible, well-prepared and well-educated dog professional. Her communication is outstanding, and she treats her dogs as if they were her own, while being flexible and making sure she knows what YOUR dog needs. She has a background in dog training and behavior, which is terrific. She is thoughtful and caring - I am a very nervous dog owner with a high-energy escape artist of a Jack Russell, and Elizabeth did an amazing job of taking care of her (and me!). She was flexible, easy to work with, and gave Tori not just safe, loving care, but also grand adventures! She has a strong understanding of dog behavior and uses that to make sure your dog is superbly taken care of and happy. I recommend her without reservation, and am looking forward to using her again! It is an absolutely fantastic and reassuring thing to know that Tori has a wonderful home away from home.”
