“Kate was a dream come true! We moved to Austin not too long ago and quickly had to find someone to watch our two babies for about 10 days. We were slightly anxious about not picking the right person, but Kate’s interactions with our dogs dissipated all of our worries. She was so good to them, did a wonderful job of updating us and was very flexible. My older dog has some issues with anxiety, but he immediately took a liking to Kate. About: I’ve had a dog growing up for 6 years when friends and family go out of town or busy day they always call me to help they know I’m always willing and treat them like my own dog while they are away I’m currently going to school only in the mornings I’m available before and after classes with weekends free to take out animals for walks and spend time and nights available home very often I have an unfenced yard can take on walks as well anywhere in my apartment the animals are free to roam places to crate an animal very open to any Schedules or ways your animals like to sleep or their schedule

“Michele responded quickly to my initial request. She came to my house to meet the cats and talk to me, which made me feel comfortable that they would be well taken care of. She sent me frequent pictures and videos, showing the cats playing and having a good time. I suspect they enjoyed their time with her more than the day to day they spend with me. She even informed me that one of my cats likes to participate in yoga. After 9 years, this was new information. When I came home the house was clean and cats were happy. I would highly recommend Michele.Hopefully she is available the next time I go out of town.”

About: I have experience with cats, dogs, chicken, etc! I grew up doing a ton of pet and house sitting all over Ukiah and Redwood Valley Growing up. Big and small animals alike! I am currently working part time as a substitute teacher so I have lots availability for both long and short term pet sitting opportunities now that summer is coming up I love taking pets on walks, playing with them, taking them to the park etc if allowed. I take pride in leaving clients houses the way they were before I arrived.

About: I love animals (people too) and they love me! My favorite job was working for a veterinarian. So what could be a more fun job than dog sitting and walking? I've had dogs all my life. I understand that they need lots of love and exercise. I’m the one my family and friends call when they need a sitter for their pets. I have a small rescue dog. She warms up to other dogs quickly. We take daily walks and if appropriate 2-4 mile hikes (depending on dog’s fitness levels and desire). I know basic first aid from my days working at the vet's. I'm very loving and reliable and your precious dog will be cared for like my own. I’ve been on rover since 2/22 and have met so many incredible pups. I’ve recently begun to live full time in my rv so no more boarding. I am available for dog/house sitting as well as dog walking. I walk my dog every day so the more the merrier. I’m retired so I can make my own schedule. Would love to share my time with your pup I’ve had a lot of experience dog sitting. I treat your pup like my own. I’m very good at reading a dog and we usually bond quickly.

About: I’ve been fostering and doing overnights with shelter dogs and puppies for over 3 years, and have 15+ years of experience taking care of friend’s and family’s pets. About: I've taken care of dogs of all ages for as long as I can remember. Friends family and neighbors have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets I currently am off at 6 everyday which gives plenty of time to be active/ have fun and run. Im also free in the mornings for the early risers I have one furry friend to keep your pet company along with all the toys and a crate if needed. Nothing left out that they aren't supposed to get into

About: I have an adorable cat who I love so very much where I live currently I can’t have a dog so I want to combine my love for taking walks with my love for dogs/animals. I work weekends, but my weekdays are free! I had a dog my entire life aside from moving to California I trained my German Shepherd and learned techniques for proper walking. I know how stressed animals get when they are alone they also are very aware of time so if they know someone is coming everyday at a certain time they are happier! I would be so honored to take care of your pets knowing how important a pet is in every family. I’m willing to help with grooming, For dogs and cats I’ve been giving my cat a bath since he was a baby and he actually enjoys it. About: I’ve taken care of community members animals. I work at a vet clinic. I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. I’ve worked with small and large animals. I am currently an undergraduate student at university of Idaho obtaining my bachelors in Pre-Vet. I am in Mendocino County until the month of August I care for animals based on their body language. Most of the time I can tell if Animals are not gonna get along. If the animals get along I will let them play together if they do not I will crate one at a time.

About: I have many years experience in caring for client pets and farm animals! I have house-sat at many homes for dogs of many breeds, cats, goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits, and more. I volunteer at the animal shelter in my free time and enjoy walking and caring for the animals there. I work remotely from my laptop, so I am very flexible and can work from your home as long as there is reliable wifi. I generally make my own daily schedule so I can fit in feedings, walks, medications, etc with your pet's routine schedule. For house-sits, I always take thorough notes from the owners, and happily check in as often or seldom as requested to ensure the owners are comfortable with their pet's experience while they are away.

About: I’ve been a dedicated dog person for my entire life. I’ve trained dogs to become truffle hunters and carnivore trackers but I don’t discriminate - I love ALL the dogs just the way they are. I’ve been a proud dog mom and recently lost my beloved pup, so am looking to fill that hole with other people’s dogs on a part time basis for a while, and to try out living in different areas of Mendocino County as I settle in here. I’m a full time Development Director for a local marine science non-profit with a good work-from-home and dog friendly policy. Your pet would be my companion full time, if they are able to accompany me during meetings and time at the office. I can work from your home if there is high speed internet on a full time basis, as well. I have a crate at my home and my place where I live is fully fenced in and good for dogs. My car is set up for a dog, and I am vigilant about giving your pup plenty of exercise and keeping them fulfilled and cared for with a full time watchful eye.
