About: I’ve taken care of numerous family members, friends, and coworkers pets since I was a child. I even rescued and nursed my first kitten to health after finding him in a dumpster. Hoping to share my love for animals in the area after moving here from California! I’m available full-time up as of now up until mid September when I begin my medical career. About: I grew up with taking care of our family pets since the age of 3. Growing up we had dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, rabbits and a pet raccoon that I was in charge of. My job was to feed, clean, walk, brush and just plain love on them. I know how to tend to horses, goats, dogs and other critters that may have an attitude. I will do it in a loving manner though. I will treat your pet as if it were my own. No matter the breed, size or animal I can take care of your family pets. She went above and beyond in making sure the dogs had adequate time outside and we didn’t come home to any potty accidents which is always such a big relief when you return home from traveling. About: I've always had a soft spot for animals since I can remember. I now have the privilege to be a vet tech assistant as my job, and it has been the most rewarding thing ever. In the 2.5 years that I have been doing this, I have learned so much and has elevated my confidence in animal care. I'm more than confident to medicate pets (including injections, subcutaneous fluids, transdermals, ect) and offer Fear Free adjacent handling and care. I'm always happy to chat to see if we are compatible! I work full time out of town (45 min away) int he afternoon/evenings. I am normally off on Friday/Saturday. I can accommodate morning check ins on all other weekdays and evening check ins on Sundays. I like to think I'm very thorough with my care. Monitored outside time, crating as needed, following rules and directions as needed. I'm happy to accommodate any needs, directions and rules.
