“Zach did a wonderful job taking care of my kitties and mice! Though he didn't have a lot of experience with mice, he jumped right in and was ready to learn! He was reliable and even came back over when my lock wasn't working correctly to make sure my animals weren't alone! Thank you!”

“Trudy Is awesome! We were nervous to leave our cat at first as she was young and had a bit of social anxiety, but Trudy eased all our fears. Very engaged and adaptive to pets needs and owner requests. Would highly recommend Trudy for any pet needs you have!”

“BJ did a great job with our kitties while we were away, keeping them fed, making sure the litter was cleaned,, and spending socialization time with them. I would definitely have her watch them again!”

“Itzel is a very loving and compassionate animal caretaker! From the moment I met her, and throughout the entire boarding period, I felt comfortable with the care my cats received. Itzel made a trip to my home to meet my cats a few days before the boarding period. I could tell right away that everything was going to be more than alright. Itzel drove back to my home to pick up my cats upon commencement of the boarding period. During the time I was on vacation for over two weeks, Itzel sent me numerous videos of my cats which showed how well they were adjusting, and the wonderful care they were receiving. I could tell right away that my cats were getting a lot more attention and love than even I had been giving them! I was starting to think that my cats might now want to come back to me because they were getting more attention from Itzel! I was glad, though, because I knew my cats were well loved and cared for. That meant a lot to me! During and at the end of the boarding period, I had to make adjustments to the duration of the stay. Itzel was more than accommodating to these changes. The Rover platform was also very user friendly, so that these changes in the boarding itinerary were made without any problems at all.”

“This was my first time using Rover and/or boarding our cat. Maria was so kind and thoughtful with answering all my questions and giving updates! Every picture she sent really showed how comfortable my cat was getting and that she was making sure to give him love and attention. We would absolutely use her again and recommend her to anyone.”

About: It would be my pleasure to help care for your pets while you are away. I grew up with an assortment of pets and have owned a handful of pets of my own, including dogs, cats, hamsters, fish and birds. I have also provided care for a guinea pig. I work full time Monday - Friday, I have flexible lunch breaks to allow for drop-in services. My evenings and weekends are pretty open for spending longer amounts of time in your home to provide companionship for your pets. I prefer caring for your pets in your/their home. This allows for a comfortable, familiar environment while receiving care from someone new. When possible, initial meet and greets prior to first visit is appreciated. I like to be a friendly, familiar face when possible.

“I appreciate the love and care Breanna provided my two kitties while I was away. I felt very comfortable leaving them in her care which included administering insulin injections to my special needs cat. Thanks Breanna!”

About: I've house sat several family friends because they know how much I love doing it. I'm 4 hours from my hometown, yet families will still ask if I'd like to come home for the weekend to take care of their dogs! Yes, the extra income is nice, but it's less of a chore and more of an enjoyment for me. I try to volunteer at shelters throughout the year, walking dogs and such, and my schedule definitely opens up in the summer. I'm a teacher, and I'd love to spend my summer helping your family out and keeping your pets happy!

About: Hi there! 👋 My name’s Brady, and I’m a reliable, tidy, and animal-loving house sitter. I don’t have any pets of my own right now, which is exactly why I love house sitting—it's a great way to spend time with animals and give them all the attention they deserve. I’ve recently house sat for friends and absolutely loved it. Whether it's playtime, walks, or just some company during the day, I’m happy to step in and make sure your pets feel loved and comfortable while you're away. Most of my work is remote, so I’m home a lot and can give pets consistent attention throughout the day. My schedule is flexible, which makes it easy for me to work around your pet's routines—feeding, walks, meds, etc. When I’m staying in someone’s home, I treat it with the same respect I’d want someone to treat mine. I keep things tidy, follow your instructions, and make sure your pets feel safe and at ease. I send regular updates and pet selfies (please tell me if I'm annoying) so you’re never left wondering how things are going.

About: I have lived with and taken care of numerous animals in my life. Growing up on a farm gave me a love for animals and taught me how to properly care for them. I grew up living with cats, horses, dogs, etc. I currently have one cat named Blaze who is a part of the family. Due to Blaze being intolerant to dogs I will not be offering any in-home dog sitting services. I will be more than happy to take care of your family through drop-in playtime, walks, or overnight stays depending on your needs. I am currently enrolled at the local university pursuing a major in architecture. Through my career of personal aid visiting different families in need, I have become familiar with the neighborhoods around town as well as the parks you may want your pet to visit. I am looking forward to meeting you and your family. I currently work on the weekend, and I also attend college. This frees up a lot of my time during the week. I love helping out others and seeing the animals in our community. As mentioned I have one cat, he loves to engage in chase and will either chase me or a Lazer pointer. I will meet all of you requirements as well as provide cuddles and play.

“Anna was absolutely amazing with my dog. We didn't have time to do a meet & greet (schedule conflicts), but she seemed like a great person based on our conversations and her reviews on Rover. What made her stellar was the way she dealt with a mishap caused by my puppy. Butter decided to munch on some cork while I was at work and Anna went above and beyond to take care of my dog. My life is 900% better since Anna arrived.”

Sydney S.
“From the very beginning, Sydney S. has had a natural, undeniable connection with animals—especially dogs. Having grown up with pets in her life since birth, caring for and understanding them has always come as second nature to her. Sydney doesn't just “watch” pets—she nurtures, comforts, and forms bonds with them in a way that is truly remarkable. Even as a young girl, Sydney’s compassion and maturity stood out. She became one of the youngest volunteers at the Aberdeen Area Humane Society, where her dedication and care earned her the well-deserved honor of Volunteer of the Month. Her commitment was not just about showing up—it was about showing up with her whole heart. In high school, Sydney rescued her first dog, a moment that spoke volumes about her courage, empathy, and unwavering belief that every animal deserves a safe, loving home. That spirit of kindness has continued to shine through in everything she does. Since junior high, Sydney has provided loving and reliable dog-sitting services for countless families. Whether it’s caring for elderly dogs with special needs or energetic puppies who need constant attention and affection, Sydney brings a deep sense of responsibility, patience, and joy to each pet she looks after. Pet owners trust her not only because she is dependable, but because she treats every animal as if it were her own. Sydney S. is more than a pet-sitter or animal lover—she is a true caregiver, advocate, and friend to animals. Anyone who places their pet in her care can rest easy knowing they are being loved and looked after by someone with a rare and genuine gift.”
