“This was Cecilia and Kiya's first time meeting. I think it went pretty well. Kiya is a bit of a nervous cat and will stay away until she knows you better. She also has to have medicine every other day and sometimes is hard to catch. She likes having someone in the house all the time so me being gone stresses her. I think the second day Kiya actually played a little with Cecilia and wanted to be petted. Hopefully the next time I have to be gone things will be even better.”
About: This is my first time professionally caring for animals, however, I have years of experience with dogs and cats. I grew up with dogs and now own 3 cats. I’m aware of animal behavior and the unique personalities they have. I will provide close communication with pet parents to best care for their pets. I am a full time college student with a fairly open schedule. My class days are Mondays and Wednesdays with availability for check ins during those days! Your fur babies will be in safe hands! I’m aware of pet behavior and the unique personalities each pet has. My top priority is your pets safety and comfortability in their home. I have no problem adjusting to whatever pets need!

About: I'm an active gal who loves the companionship of a pooch while out and about. I love taking dogs on long walks or hikes through the woods or just down the city blocks for a quick leg stretch (and a bathroom stop). I'll be attentive to the needs of your dog, making sure they get plenty of activity, are well hydrated, and fed appropriately. While I don't have a dog of my own currently, I was a dog walker when I lived in New York City and I volunteered for two years with Border Paws Rescue in Rapid City caring for 5 - 10 pups for their pre-bedtime outings. I also have experience working with elder dogs and daily medicine administration. I'm comfortable working with and providing a safe environment for the most goofy and social as well as the most solo and independent pups. I'm happy to accommodate any special needs you and your pup may have. I'm prompt and reliable. I hope to meet you and your pup soon! I work full time, but have flexibility to do bathroom breaks over lunch for kiddos that need more frequent outings. I can take pups on walks in the morning or evening depending on their activity needs. I have a small fenced in yard that is available for outside hangs. I am patient and kind and love to meet the needs of each pup where they are at. I have volunteered in a rescue and am comfortable around dogs of different temperaments.

I can provide the following services: Dog sitting day or night, also dog walking. I’ve been a dog owner for 35 years. All types of dogs large and small. Like I mentioned earlier I drive my own vehicle so getting to your residence is not going to be a problem, My goal is to be on time for every job I accept. I’m currently working part time, so I’m able to do overnight sittings, any night of the week. Also available for Dog walks during the day. I can take care of your dog(s). I can sit with your pets and play with them. I can feed them on schedule and potty breaks either in backyard or take them out for a walk. I bring a first aid kit for dogs.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
