About: Although I am new to rover, I have always grown up with a dog in my house and have always been the first to offer my friends help with caring for their dogs whether it’s watching them for a week or just taking them for a walk while my friends are busy! I have experience with both puppies and older dogs. While I am in St Louis over the summer I have a very empty schedule, other than early mornings, so I will have high availability to come and check on your pet throughout the day! I care for pets in the same way that I would want my dog to be cared for! I love spending time with animals so I will always take time to play with them, take long walks, cuddle, etc.

I have a secure, fenced patio (with designated turf potty areas, and one friendly, well socialized dog. I am happy to follow your dog’s normal routine, including crating if needed, feeding schedules, medication, and exercise preferences. While I can host in my home, I prefer sitting in your home so your dog can remain in a familiar, stress free setting. About: I volunteer at the APA animal shelter where I walk and play with all types of dogs. I have also taken care of a wide variety of animals including lizards, fish, kittens (2 weeks old), puppies, and turtles! I’m currently working part-time at a restaurant so I have plenty of time to spend time with your animals and make sure they are well taken care of! I give all pets love and affection with different pets needing different things! For dogs I love to take them for walks and give them lots of belly scratches, and for cats I love to play with them and if they like, pet them!

About: I have always had pet dogs in my house and I had cats growing up. I love animals so much. I have had experience with my own pets plus would frequently watch my neighbors, family, and friend’s animals. I have sat for a range of personalities, from very hyper puppies to elderly dogs. And I have watched cats too! I have experience with elderly dogs, where I had to change diapers, and even carry them down steps. I am not a certified trainer, but I do have experience with young dogs. I trained my own dog skills like walking commands, potty commands, eating commands, and tricks. I am a student at SLU, and I am taking one course during the summer which is from 12pm-3pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I work part-time a few times a week. So, I have penalty of time to care for your furry friends! I am very understanding of me being in the pets home, and how they might be unsure with a new person coming into their home, but I would try my best at making them comfortable and not overstepping boundaries. I would make sure they are feed, have water, go out for potty, or if they use diapers (for usually older dogs) I would check/change that. I would give lots of attention and love! I love to just spend time with animals. I like to play with toys with them, and I love going on walks with dogs!

About: I’ve had cats all my life and currently own two of my own cats. Many of my friends have larger dogs, and have relied on me to help check on them while they are out of town and take them for walks and have play dates. I love all kinds of dogs and cats! I am currently working from home on Mondays and Fridays, but that will change to working from home on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in the next couple of weeks. My nights are mostly free and am able to be flexible with my schedule. I will make sure your pet is comfortable, well fed and hydrated, and give them the playtime and snuggles they need! I make sure litter boxes and yards are clean and clean up any accidents that may happen.
