I’m also experienced in administering medications and injections, so I’m comfortable supporting dogs with specific health needs. My goal is to keep your dog safe, active, and loved—just like you would. I am currently in college right now. I am a commuter so I stay at home. I am always in between free in between classes as well as the weekends being completely open. I provide care that keeps pets comfortable by sticking as closely as possible to their normal routine, whether they’re in my home or their own. In a client’s home, I make sure pets feel secure in their familiar environment by maintaining their feeding schedule, exercise, and any specific instructions the owner provides. Your pet will never roam alone and always be walked on leashes. I don't want to put them in a fenced-in yard because they can easily jump over it or dig under it and run away. Over the years, that led to dog sitting 2 dogs. Where I live, I am not allowed pets so anytime I am able to help people and it so happens to involve an animal, I am happy! *For pricing, I'm willing to talk about it. About: I have taken care of two large breed dogs for over a year. I brought them into my home when they were puppies, and cared for them as they grew into adult dogs. For dog walking, I am able to walk one or two dogs at one time. When walking my own dogs, sometimes I would like to go for a little run just to make sure the pups get the exercise they need. For dog sitting, I like to let the pup(s) out for plenty of bathroom breaks. I will do everything I can to ensure that your pet is well-taken care of. I will be sure to provide a good amount of playtime for your pet to make sure he or she is having a good time! I'm currently working a shift evening schedule on Thursday-Saturday, so I have plenty of time during the traditional work week to look after your pets! I have a fenced yard and would love to spend time with your dog or cat! I lived with and cared for a reactive dog for 13 years, so I know firsthand what it takes to help an anxious dog feel safe, and how to prevent conflict in the first place. All my dogs have been rescues, and I have a soft spot for dogs who need extra patience to warm up. I'm not a certified trainer, but I've spent years learning dog training, body language, and enrichment, and every interaction is rooted in positive reinforcement. I will require a meet and greet with your pet in advance of the first booking so they can become familiar with me, and so I can become familiar with their routine and needs. My schedule gives me plenty of flexibility to be present for your dog, whether that's extra walks, playtime, or just being around for company, and I'm happy to talk through what kind of availability works best for your pet! I work from home which allows me the flexibility to prioritize pet care in a way I wouldn’t be able to with a traditional office. This gives me the ability to keep anxious dogs company, breaks for play time, medication, cuddles or walks when they are needed, not when they can be fit in. I create a calm, secure environment where pets feel safe and comfortable. Whether in my home or theirs, I work on building trust by moving at each pet’s pace and honoring their boundaries. Safety is always my top priority, I supervise pets closely, follow all instructions carefully, and adapt to their unique needs. I keep spaces clean, hazard-free, and ensure pets have fresh water, proper food, and quiet resting spots. For reactive or anxious pets, I use gentle, low stress handling & positive reinforcement or redirecting to help them feel calm and supported. I love to hang out, play with them, and ensure they’re happy and well taken care of!😁 I have lots of space for them to play, an awesome family who helps and a nice neighborhood to take them on walks as well! I have my own pup as well, and have plenty of time any day of the week for dogs to board! I’ll spend lots of time hanging with, playing with and keeping them company!
