I plan my day around feeding times, potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles to ensure each pet feels comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I also build in time for communication with pet parents, so they feel confident and informed while they’re away. We have a lead we use for our two friendly dogs. Two kennels one large and one medium incase your furry friend needs to be kenneled.

“Heather was great! She seems to know dog very well on top of being an animal lover. She was the 1st person I have worked with on rover, since I am a new customer, she alone makes me want to use this company again knowing the care my dogs got when they were with her. On top of the excellent care, she was also very flexible with the me and my needs. My roof was going to be installed and that’s why I scheduled to board my dogs for the night. Sure enough, it ended up being a rain day and the roofers always schedule it for the next day. Heather was very understanding and accommodating and helped me through the process of cancelling and rescheduling. On top of that, she also provides the service to pick up and drop off dogs, if wanted, which really helped me since my son was sleeping and could still sleep in. I would recommend her to anyone as long as I don’t need her at that time, just kidding. For real though, she represented the company very well and I would trust any of the caretakers at this place.”

“Sophia was a Christmas blessing! This was the perfect stay for our very energetic young dog, Noah. They were very welcoming and it was like Noah became part of their family for Christmas. It was a comfort to know that she was conscious and responsive to Noah’s wellbeing and quirks. He got along great with the two household dogs and loved being with her kids. Although he did not get along with the rabbits, Sophia was accommodating by keeping the rabbits in a separate room. We also really enjoyed the frequent pictures and video updates. Because we were traveling and not certain of our arrival Sophia was able to stay flexible and work with us on our drop off/pick up. We would definitely recommend her and her family.”

About: I am a very kind person to animals and people! I try to treat people and animals as I would like to be treated. I would love to care for your pet and will always try to do the best job that I can. Growing up my family always owned a dog and I love all dogs of all sizes. We owned chihuahuas and we owned boxers and pugs. I also own a cat that I love very much! I hope that you will consider me to care for your pets when you are not able to. I promise to treat them as though they were my own. I hope that you will consider me to care for your pet and will do my best. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. This allows me to be fully present with my dogs and cat and any animals I may have the privilege of watching. I typically have a routine with my dogs and cat. They all get fed twice a day. I try to play with them a little every hour and we typically take walks twice a day as well. I do have an outdoor play area for them they go out supervised about 4 times a day

So I have many years of experience working with both small animals and exotics. (Old and young. Special needs, hyper active and the very famous lap Netflix and chill fur buddies!) 5 years experience working as an animal handler in our local zoo’s as well. When I’m not working my full time job, I’m a mom of 4 very entertaining teenagers. Along with 4 super sweet fur (kitties) babies that have no patience waiting for their treats when I get home. I can assure you that I will treat your babies like they were my own, not only because I’m an animal lover, but because it’s how I want my babies treated while I’m away.
