He helped me schedule a convenient meet and greet and even met me half way on the day of drop off because we were running late for our vacation plans. Champ is an only dog from a work from home household who struggles with separation anxiety and we were all extremely impressed with how Thomas took calm, caring control of the hand off after noticing Champ become stressed. Over the course of Champ’s stay Thomas kept us updated on how he was doing with adorable videos and thoughtful observations and thanks to him, pick up went just as smoothly as the drop off. I’ve only had Champ back for a little while but I swear he is less anxious and better behaved after spending just 5 days with Thomas and his pack. I couldn’t recommend anyone higher and I’ve already booked with him again. So very pleased and impressed!”

The only time they had ever worn a collar or leash was when I took them to the vet for all their shots, and they had never been boarded before. Anthony went out of his way to make sure they were taken care of and felt comfortable during their visit with him. It was such a nice gesture to receive pictures every day, and even a video to show me they were doing OK. He seemed to really understand what needed to be done for them. The only place I will take them from now on will be to Anthony. I want him to know how much I appreciated what he did for me and for Whitey and Blackie.”

We thoroughly enjoyed her photography, as she sent charming and amusing photos of our old man.
