I have over 15 years of experience caring for all types of animals (even birds and hamsters)! No matter the age, breed, or aggression level, I have seen it all and I am ready to spoil your baby! About: Experienced, loving and compassionate pet caregiver, sitter and dog dad. I am a passionate animal lover with 20+ years of pet care experience. I have had two 125+ lbs Rottweilers, 110 lb Giant Schnauzer, 20 lb Cocker Spaniel, a 45 lb Pit Bull, a 65 lb Pitbull, and a 100 lb Red Nose Pitpull. Usually at least 2 at a time. I have cared for all other types and sizes as well, from a 20lb Cockapoo to 100 lb Labradors and Retrievers. I can provide dog walking, overnight stays, and drop-in visits. My goal is to provide a safe, fun, and loving environment for your pets. Let's connect and give your furry baby as much care and attention while in my care as you would give them. The money is nice, but I do this for the love of animals. Your Pet's Safety & Happiness is My Top Priority I do remote work from home during the day, and a part time job a couple of times a week. This leaves me with almost all day everyday to be able to spend time playing and caring for your loved ones. You dog will be kept company and engaged by me all day. I make sure to combine mind stimulating and enriching games and play with a good bit of exercise. I let them dictate the time and activity for the most part, but will also look to engage them if they are sedentary. So they decide if it is tug of war, fetch, or sniffing out kibble I spread throughout the yard.

About: I've grown up around critters of all types, including cats and dogs—big and small—and truly love being around animals. I currently care for my sweet senior dog, Diamond, a Maltese-Yorkie mix, so I understand the special attention older pets need. I also have experience caring for a blind dog. I've volunteered at two animal shelters and have experience pet sitting for others. I'm also very active and love going on walks or playing outside, so your pet will get plenty of exercise and attention. I treat every pet like family and always aim to provide calm, compassionate care that fits their unique personality and needs. I'm currently a student at Penn State and on summer break, so my schedule is very open. I'm taking one online class and working part-time with flexible hours, which gives me plenty of availability to walk, check in on, or stay with your pets. I'm happy to provide in-home pet sitting and can easily adjust to your pet's routine and needs throughout the day. When caring for pets in your home, safety and trust are my top priorities. I'm very mindful about securing doors and gates, and I have experience slipping in and out carefully so curious pets don’t sneak out. I also double-check locks and can crate your dog if needed. I always stick to your pet’s usual routine and walking routes to help them feel comfortable and secure. I'm patient, calm, and committed to creating a safe, familiar environment where your pets feel loved and cared for.

Ruben is professional, polite, and very knowledgeable about dogs, especially large breeds. Ruben gave me great advice on training and nutrition for my Charlie. I cannot recommend Ruben highly enough.
