About: I have had animals my entire life, I currently have 3 dogs and a cat of my own. I have small and extra large dogs so I know the care that each size group requires. All of my pet owning friends come to me for medical and training advice. I am also always the first person they come to when they need someone to take care of their beloved pets. I can follow strict regimens regarding food, brushing, bathing, medicine etc. My availability is for weekends only, as I do have a full time position as a Teacher Assistant. I get off work at 12:30 pm every Friday and have every Saturday and Sunday off. My partner works for the Women’s Basketball team at the University of Tennessee and I often take care of their dogs for trips. I know I can easily fit in a few more fur babies to make someone else’s life easier! I have a reliable vehicle to take me to and from your house, as well as a love for exercise for walking your dogs! You and your animals experience with a walker/sitter is my top priority. I understand the fear of being unable to find someone trustworthy to watch your pets, having some of my own. I have a large fenced in yard and still make time to take all 3 dogs on walks to give them the exercise and stimulation they need to be happy.

About: I’ve had animals in my life since I was born. I can do just about anything with fur and four legs. I often pet sit for my parents who have 9 pets. I was also a dog groomer at Petsmart. I work part-time in Oak Ridge, but live in the Powell/Karns area. My hours very from just under 40 to one or two days a week, mostly on the lower end. Other than that, I’m all yours! I have a fenced in front and back yard with a very social poodle and a big strong boyfriend to help if needed. I’ve got a couple of crates that’ll fit up to about a 60 lb dog. We’re crawling with toys and treats, which can be filtered through to find what’s best for you pup while they’re here. Two king sized beds for wind down time, too. Our poodle, Bing Bong, goes on a mile-long walk everyday that your pup can be included on. We can lengthen or shorten the walk depending on size and energy needs. I LOVE pet sitting and having visitors, especially of the fluffy variety!

About: With over 20 year’s experience with caring for many creatures, I value the connection pets have with their humans. I will treat your pet as one of the family with gracious care. As a graduate student, my schedule is flexible and I’m usually home when I’m not working in a lab. My daughter is a teen and available for backup help when I need her. We make a great team. I have a small fenced area at my townhouse and beyond that there is a wooded area with a creek. I allow my cats to roam but they never leave the wooded area. They are trained to come inside when I call them and I’ve even trained one to sit on command. They have access to a private room if a pet needs to stay overnight in my home. I never push boundaries and realize all creatures have their own personal bubble. I am an experienced walker and use positive coaching and encouragement for walks.

About: My first ever job in high school was working for a doggy daycare, training, and grooming facility. This is where my love for animals of every kind bloomed, and i personally have a horse, two dogs, and a cat at my home away from college that I miss very much. At my knoxville home I adore taking my friend's dogs hiking and to the dog park to fulfill that itch of spending time with furry friends. I am a student doing rover part time during the summer and I volunteer at a hospital in town on Monday every week for two hours and an animal shelter with kitties for two hours every Thursday evening. I am very meticulous about maintaining the perfect care for my pets and yours. I understand how important these members of the family are, and I do very well when given a specific list. My love for the outdoors and hiking specifically complement the energetic pups, but I am just as happy to relax at home to study or read.

About: I’ve had pets since I was 6 years old, I love dogs and I used to dog sit for a family last year and I loved it! I followed rigorous daily tasks for them as well I’m currently serving part time and have limited school hours so I’m available for most of the day. I can also be available on weekends! About: I’ve always been an animal lover and currently own sweet Zola, a two year old Dalmatian rescue! My family and I run a non-profit animal rescue in East Tennessee in our free time that provides animal care, education, TNR, and a free community pet pantry. In your home, I aim to maintain the pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any medications. Please provide me these details as well as anything I should know prior to the service. I’ll ensure the environment remains clean, secure, and stress-free. Additionally, I always take time to bond with the pet to help them feel as comfortable as possible without you! I will send updates and adorable pictures of your pet for peace of mind as often as you like!

About: I’ve loved and cared for animals my whole life. Growing up, my family had both a dog and a cat who we cared for well into their senior years—my dog even battled cancer, and we gave her all the love and comfort she needed in her final days. As an adult, I adopted a 15-year-old blind cat who lived happily with me for two years before passing. I’m currently a proud pet mom to a playful 2-year-old Cane Corso that we raised from just 5 weeks old, and a sweet, anxious cat who’s made amazing progress in our home. I have experience with dog sitting where I house sat for 4 weeks and it was the best job for me. I’ve been asked by the same people two additional times to stay at their home and care for their dogs. So coming across Rover was a clear sign from the universe that this is something I’m meant to do! About: I am a Veterinary Technician who is currently waiting to take his national certification exam to work in the state of Tennessee. I have been working in doggy daycares and vet clinics for the last eight (8) years and have loved every minute of it. I recently moved to Tennessee from the Pacific Northwest and would like to continue to care for pets even though I’m not in a clinic yet. Even when I return to clinics I still plan to keep doing walks and home visits if for no better reason than to get out of my house everyday. I am currently unemployed and looking to start making money again and the best way to do so is on my own terms. I am free every day except for Sundays to do walks, house visits, or even house sit if needed. In my clients homes I make sure to follow all instructions given for pet care. I have a great deal of experience working with pets that need medications and special care after working in an Emergency Clinic, and I do my best to clean up and leave the home in the same state I received it.
