About: I grew up in a house filled to the brim with dogs, from one parent who was a professional dog-trainer and another who couldn't stop taking in struggling foster dogs from the local rescue. I took the responsibility of helping to walk, train, feed and otherwise take care of these dogs. Additionally, I am a volunteer dog-walker at a shelter in Tacoma. I've worked will all types of dogs and issues, including reactvity, terrotorial, seperation anxiety, and more! Though I can't have a dog of my own right now, dogs are my passion and I am so excited to have this opportunity to meet and take care of your dog! I'm working part-time right now, so I'm totally available weekends and Mondays. On all other weekdays, I work from 7pm-11pm and am open outside of those times. When pet-sitting, I can stay full-time there or check in for potty breaks, playtime, meals, walks, and people time as fit for each individual situation. Walks can match whatever activity level and speed fit your dog and will always have my full focus! I'm more than happy to customize what that schedule looks like, and my priority is keeping the dog happy, healthy, and safe.

About: I have been house sitting for coworkers and family since I was 15 years old, and I adore it! I love all types of pets, and have taken care of both cats and dogs. I also raised a 10 week old puppy who is 5 years old now, and he’s very well behaved with no bad behaviors. I am a full time university student, with a schedule that allows breaks during the day, and opportunities to tend to class online, if needed. I am very passionate about animals and I love spending quality time with dogs and cats, so when I am with the pets I will be able to give them undivided attention. When in a clients home, I take great care in making sure that the pet stays safe and in no trouble. I make sure that any outside access is monitored and/or closed off to being able to escape or get into danger. I also stay mindful about not leaving things out for a potential animal to get into, and when I am home with your furry friend, I do everything I can to keep my eyes on them!

About: Pets have a sixth sense, so I easily bond with them. I love photography, so I typically take a pet photo and send it along. My availability is typically quite flexible. I am semi retired, and Winter is my slow time, Repeat pet care is always a compliment and a privilege. When a pet’s owner is away, pets routines are disrupted. So some play is important, and so is sitting still and being there with them. Easy to do, and nurturing, I feel.

About: Growing up, I was the designated dog, cat and plant sitter in my neighborhood. It never really felt like a job because I enjoyed it so much. To this day, I am always asked to watch over my friends pets when they leave out of town and it still.. does not feel like a job. I have a pretty flexible work schedule since I am freelance so once I am committed to you, I am committed I can promise you that. I tend to just follow the directions and notes the owners give me. I don't want to mess up anyones routine and I want pets to feel as comfortable as possible. I work freelance which is perfect in this situation as I will only accept jobs the days I am free and available! For both situations. Unfortunately I won't be caring for pets in my home as I live in an apartment and it wouldn't be much fun for them. Wish I could!

About: My yellow lab Yofi was my shadow for 13 years. I am not ready to get another dog, but I love pet-sitting Walks around the block every morning and evening, long hikes off leash every afternoon. I am retired from my counseling practice. I spend a lot of time at home. I do volunteer work in the Community, but usually take dogs with me. I have a large home with a fenced- in back-yard. Dogs can sleep on my bed or on their own doggie bed next to mine.

About: I love all animals but pups have had a place in my heart since I got my girl Juni (she’s the pretty girl in the pic with me!) She taught me patience, commitment, and responsibility. I had to leave Juni in my Hometown Portland, OR to pursue college at the lovely Southern Oregon University. While I can’t see my pup for a bit I miss going out everyday with her. I’d take her for hikes, walks, even bike rides. She dealt with reactivity issues and outburst, but with the help of a trainer I learned how to understand and handle her outbursts. I am excellent with reactive dogs especially with staying present in chaotic moments. My first priority is always their safety. Anyways I believe a walk is sacred time for pups usually it’s there only time outside their property. I don’t rush my pups they can sniff and pee on as many spots as they please! Lol. In all seriousness when you book with me you’re choosing a loving and patient walker and a calm and rewarding walk for your pup. I currently have a pretty light course load and have had quite a bit of time on my hands. I have courses only 3 times a week making my schedule extremely flexible! I have a vehicle and am new to Ashland I think this is a wonderful opportunity to get familiar with the town and get good exercise while hanging out with my favorite thing! Pups!! Almost always I can work with your schedule and my weekends are always open 24/7. Currently I only have a kitty who’s a handsome boy named Bear as well as a lovely betta fish who’s name Marlo and his two snail friends Gary and Gertrude! I have a passion for animals but in schooling I have limited my love for them. Back home I have two geckos and my pup waiting for me! I spoil my kitty he gets way too many toys and scratchers. He feasts twice daily on high quality wet food and gets loads of playtime. Keeping him healthy and happy is my number one priority and he is my registered ESA so he does the same for me.

About: Ever since I can remember I have felt a kinship to both wild and domestic critters. Most of my experience lies with dogs. For over a year, I worked at a kennel free dog day care and overnight boarding facility. I did both day and overnight shifts. During the day, I was responsible for a pack of dogs (anywhere from 8 to 30.) This included diligent supervision to ensure everyone's safety, clean up, knowledge of breeds, behaviors, proper reactions to behaviors, basic training, and most importantly: lots of love. Overnight shifts involved feedings, medication, and sole responsibility of all boarding dogs until morning. I've also done in-home care for dogs, cats, rabbits, and rats. As well as, about half a year on a small dairy farm caring for cows, sheep, chickens, pigs, and goats. I am punctual, follow directions very well, and am open to and respectable of how people care for their companions. If you find I am a good fit for your furry friend, not only will they be in good hands so will your home; I am extremely clean and respectful of other people's homes. My fees are negotiable if they don't fit your budget. Please feel free to reach out, so we can discuss. Pet care is currently my only focus. For drop-in visits and dog walks, I am happy to be there for your pup(s) when they need me to be. For house-sitting stays, I will be with your pup(s) the majority of day and all night. I prefer to be thorough on learning how a client wants their companion cared for and I follow directions very well; I think it is extremely important to not break their routine. I will do my best to adjust my schedule to fit theirs. Companions also need lots of extra love to comfort them while their human is away and I am dedicated to making them feel as comfy as possible.

About: I grew up with two small dogs that I take care of all the time, and have pet sat for countless others throughout my life. Many of these dogs have been older dogs that require special care, I also have taken care of puppies and every other age of dogs in between! I am home for the whole summer and am available any time to take care of your pets!! I love them all! I take care of your home and pets as if they are my own, respecting your space and wishes while you are away. My attention would be on your pet/s and will keep you updated with photos and videos whenever possible during my service hour/s. I prefer to be active with your active dog. We can spend time walking, playing fetch, or doing anything your dog enjoys doing. If your furry family member prefers to chill on the couch, I can do that, too (I may need a book or my laptop/tablet to keep me occupied). With this said, my posted rates include feeding, walk and/or play time, enrichment activities, and sometimes even training sessions on manners or tricks. 🐾 🐾 I am a certified dog trainer and trick dog instructor. I can keep your pet busy, if s/he enjoys mentally and/or physically stimulating exercises. If you choose me to care for your puppy or newly adopted adult dog, I'd be happy to do some training with him/her 🐾 I am very flexible with schedule and may be able to work with client depending on needs/requirements. ⏳ My posted rate on Rover for overnight sitting is based on a 12-hour overnight care time frame plus a few hours during the day. This means that I will be spending a total of 12 hours overnight with your pet/s to care for them and be with them. Overnight sitting is usually from 7pm-7am (may adjust depending on availability) and includes feeding, indoor or backyard playtime & enrichment activities, and 1 outing (neighborhood walk) before I leave for a few hrs in the morning. I usually go back mid-day for another feeding, play time and/or walk, or a potty break depending on your pet(s) needs. I then leave again for a few hrs and usually back sometime in the afternoon, usually around 3/4pm. I am not usually gone for more than 3 hrs at a time (I usually leave to get food or eat). If you have any concerns regarding this schedule, please do not hesitate to send me a message. I can be flexible with the schedule. Let's chat! ⏳ ⏳ This is not 24-hour service ⏳ 
⭐️ By confirming your booking on Rover, you are agreeing to the hours listed here as well as the listed terms of service. ⭐️ 🐾 I always follow leash laws, where applicable. Pets will always be leashed when out on walks unless we are at a secured/fenced in off-leash area. I do NOT use retractable leashes, prong collars, pinch collars, or shock/e-collars. If you use any of these with your dog/s, please let me know. I can bring my own standard leash, and can provide collar and harness recommendations. I use positive reinforcement (rewards-based) training and can train basic behaviors upon guardian's request; also very knowledgeable in providing enrichment. Able to use management tools such as leash, crate, baby gates, play pens etc as needed. All doors and gates will be secured during and after service hour/s. Photos and/or videos will be sent to client as soon as I'm able (I would rather focus on caring for your pet than be on my phone to take & send pictures) 🐾 ⭐️⭐️TERMS OF SERVICE⭐️⭐️
 🔑 It is recommended that you have a lockbox for your key, or I can keep a key on hand if you’d like to continue booking me after your first sitting. No information except your pet's name will be on the key ring that I keep. If you don’t have a lockbox or a safe place for your key and are unable to do a key exchange before and after your trip or appointment, there will be a $10 fee for each key trip, and needs to be paid in cash. 🔑
