About: I have had dogs since I was born, and I have always felt a natural connection to animals. I believe every dog is special and I love getting to know new pets. My favorite thing to do is go on hikes and give tons of belly rubs!!! Since being in college for a few years, it’s the first time I haven’t had an animal. I miss having animals to interact with so I thought this would be a perfect opportunity for me, and for new animals I can exercise and get to know!! I will make sure your pets are safe and comfortable. I can assure you that you’ll never have to worry. I currently have a serving job 4 days a week so I almost always have a morning or night open and I prefer to get outside and get some exercise before or after my shift! I have nannied kids who have pets so I’ve been responsible for pets more days than not multiple times throughout my life. I’ve always had pets in my own home as well. I’m very responsible and respectful of others homes so I will always be taking good care of any pets/homes I come in contact with!

“Emmily was great with my senior German Shepherd dog who is pretty much losing his sight. She is a great communicator and took really nice pictures. I definitely recommend her.”

“This was the 2nd week of a 2 week stay in Leadville. Sarah was great with Buddy during the first week (see previous review) so I asked her to also do the 2nd week. There were many unexpected schedule changes during the 2nd week -caused by me, not Sarah- and she handled all of them with grace. Sarah's communication was always very prompt and effective. I highly recommend Sarah!”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE Dreya! Sent us daily pictures, punctual, responds super quick, and our pets love her! She went above and beyond the description of a dog sitter. So happy to have found her and will definitely be booking with her in the future. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️”

About: I grew up in a home with two dogs — a loyal German Shepherd and a playful Husky mix — and have been around horses my entire life. Animals have always been part of my world. Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me for years to walk, feed, and care for their pets with love and attention. Right now I’m taking the summer off after working a tough winter season at a ski resort. I’m using this time to focus on my college education — and I’d love to spend it caring for animals! I live in a cozy studio near lots of beautiful trails and hiking spots — perfect for active dogs who love the outdoors! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat the space with the same respect I would my own. I always leave the house clean and tidy, and never leave behind a mess. You can count on me to care for both your pet and your home with responsibility and care.

About: I have lived in summit county my entire life. I grew up with a minimum of 3 dogs in the house at all times and sometimes 7 or 8. I love all animals and taking care of them. I always take care of the animals as well as if any dishes are used I make sure to wash them and put them back. I wash the sheets after my stay. And keep the home clean and tidy.

About: I have had dogs/ animals pretty much all my life. As a young girl we took in stray animals, fed, walked, Bathed and gave love and comfort to all the animals until they got to go to their forever homes. I also worked for wag (dog service) for many years in Denver, walking, sitting and doing drop ins. I will love and care for your pet like it was my very own. I’m working Part time and Live very close to work so I am able to come home and give your pet love , walks, food and attention as needed. I have a 3 year old Australian shepherd who loves daily walks and bike rides and playtime. So we will be doing much of this during the day. We also like to snuggle up on the couch and enjoy some lazy time as well. I have a small fenced in yard with plenty of toys to play with. I have one medium size dog whom loves all animals and is the sweetest and friendliest guy. We have two cats- one who likes to hangout with other dogs and one who won’t be around much.

I'm happy to stay overnight in your home so that your house is watched after and your pet gets the attention it deserves! I’m happy to board in my home, I have a trail behind my house perfect for dog walking. I am clean and respectful :)

About: This is the first time in over 35 years that we haven’t had a pet of our own. Being able to fill that void by assisting others with their dogs is the perfect scenario. Having owned a very large dog with health and anxiety issues made it difficult to find the right care. I hope to remove that obstacle for you and provide you and your pet what you need for a stress free vacation. I have owned or taken care of all kinds of dogs ranging from 5 lbs to 130 lbs and am ready to help you with your dog. November 2023 update: I have now been watching dogs on Rover for over a year and love meeting all the friendly personalities, both the dogs and their owners bring. I can’t say enough about how much my family enjoys the snuggles and smiles the dogs offer. They quickly become part of the family and we always look forward to when they will return for a visit! I primarily Work from home and can therefore accommodate most pet’s needs. I am a very active person and enjoy spending time outside, Going on walks.etc. I have a large unfenced yard but a great neighborhood for walking. We have 3 kids , aged 13, 17 and 20 who all love dogs.

“Our Yeti Bear LOVED Val!!! We booked her to give him a 1- hour walk, each day, while we were away for a three day trip. She was super thoughtful with looking after him and helping us make sure we had all of our days covered to check on him. She even sent us pupdates! 🐻❄️”

About: I absolutely love all animals! I am also very good at keeping up with training. In the past, I volunteered with Spencer Kennel and Pet Rescue in O'Fallon, Illinois. Here in Colorado Springs, I fostered two pit bull terriers for a year long each. Last year, I worked as a dog walker at Sunrise and Woodmen Kennels. I am a kind, responsible person who will ensure the happiness and safety of your pets. When an animal starts acting strange, I am quick to notice, and I am not afraid to contact the owner to ask questions about that behavior. My cousins are veterinarians, so I have the ability to contact them in case of an information emergency. I have a Great Pyrenees Mix and a very fluffy grey cat. I live in Fairplay and work in Breckenridge. My partner is able to stay home with my pets on days when I am needed for overnights. It would be ideal to pet sit near Frisco/Silverthorne/Breckenridge, so that I can easily get to and from your home. If I am having a pet in my home, it will always be kept on a leash outside since I do not have a fenced in yard.

About: I’ve had cats my whole life and dogs my entire adult life. I love animals! I own a husky & a husky mix so I have lots of husky experience (and I’m aware at how smart and good at escaping they are), I also have 2 cats. They are my world and I would do anything for them. Let me show your pets the same kind of love and care I give mine! I am typically off work Monday-Wednesday, I am not available on weekends. I have my own two dogs to care for, but if given enough notice I might be able to move things around with work. I have a fenced yard and two fur babies to keep your dog company. If I am going to your house I will make sure your dogs get the full amount of time you paid for, no short cuts. I want to make sure they get the best care.

About: Hi there! I'm a full-time traveler who works remotely, meaning I can give your pets tons of attention, walks, and cuddles throughout the day. I've cared for dogs and cats in San Diego and beyond, including lots of time with my friend’s sweet pup Jack. Whether your pet needs quiet companionship or an adventure buddy, I adapt to their energy and needs. I especially enjoy being outdoors and love taking dogs on hikes, runs, or just long strolls through the neighborhood. I’m reliable, communicative, and treat every animal like family. Special skills: • Comfortable with energetic breeds • Long walks and outdoor play • Remote work = flexible schedule I work remotely full-time, which means I can give your pet consistent attention throughout the day: walks, playtime, or just being a calm, reassuring presence. I love staying active, so if your dog enjoys running, they’re welcome to join me on jogs! My flexible schedule lets me adjust to their routine and needs easily. While I don’t have a permanent home (I’ve been traveling the U.S. in my van) I’m extremely respectful of each client’s space and always prioritize pet safety and comfort. I follow your pet’s routines, keep doors and gates secure, and make sure they feel calm and cared for. I travel light and adapt quickly to new environments, making your pet’s wellbeing my top focus.

“Hannah has house and dog sat for me multiple times in the past few years. She is one of the most responsible and kind people I’ve ever met. Every time I come home, my dogs are happy and my house is cleaner than when I left it. She is always very punctual and communicative. And I can’t forget to mention how much she loves animals. She treats them as her own and always shows them kindness and love. You cannot go wrong with booking Hannah for any of your pets needs.”

Dee Dee W.Star Sitter
“Dee Dee and her family provided exceptional care for our dog Otis while we were out of town for five days. She was referred by a mutual friend and although it was our first time meeting, she immediately put our minds at ease, welcoming him into their home, taking the time to understand his routines and feeding schedule and make him feel comfortable. She and her family gave him walks every day, lots of play time and cuddles and sent regular picture updates which was very much appreciated. We would definitely trust Dee Dee with our dog the next time we're out of town!”

“Emma worked with me and for me as a dog walker and I highly recommend her as a dog caregiver; she is amazing with dogs and has the heart and energy to make your dog the happiest in the world. She is great at communication (with you and your dog), always timely and a joy to be around; you will not be disappointed!”

Penelope S.

“Penelope was awesome! She helped me when i was in such a pinch and did an amazing job helping with Bodi!”

Shahrzad G.
“For as long as I have known Sharzi, she’s been an animal lover & advocate. She has 2 dogs and 2 cats - all from shelters while tiny puppies or kittens. She has revived various wild animals (birds, bunnies, cats & dogs & other animals) in distress and nurtured them to health and released them with care. She stopped consuming meat products most of her life, primarily because of her compassion for animals- I know any animal she has ever taken in or cared for or sat for to help friends were cared for as if they were her own, and has passionately gone after those who showed any inclination of mistreatment or abuse. In my view she makes a wonderful and caring sitter or caretaker of any animal she becomes accountable for. Needless to say, animals she cares for love her and always happy to see her. “”

“Okay, I’ll admit it I checked the dog cam (don’t judge me), and there was Brandon, not only walking Jack but carefully putting on his little raincoat like a total pro. Jack looked like royalty. Brandon was amazing all weekend kind, responsible, and clearly loved by my dog. Honestly, I wish he could also babysit my houseplants. 10/10 paws -Paul O.”
