“This was our first time booking with Kyle, and she was great! Our pup can be rather anxious initially when going somewhere new, but she relaxed very quickly with Kyle. Kyle was always responsive and reassuring, and sent lots of photo updates. Traveling is hard for me because I hate being away from my "kids", but I was able to relax and enjoy my scheduled time away because of Kyle. Ripley can't wait to book again!”
