“Jewels was a great pet sitter for our Betsy Lu! She was excellent in communication and remedied issues that came up during our time away. We will look forward to hiring her again in the future!”

About: Greeting, My name is Helen. I’ve recently completed my contract in the military. During my time in the service I spent time caring for my colleagues dogs (I do love cats, but I’m allergic) and found myself actually branching out to others when they needed someone to watch their babies. I grew up always having a dog in our family, and know how important they are as family members. Their unconditional love is something I’ve always cherished, and it would be my joy and honor to care for your fur babies whenever. My schedule is flexible, and I am available often. It’s really not a hardship spending time with loving pups. I do have experience with pets that have special needs. I look forward to hearing from you and your fur members.
“Pamela was a great sitter for our sweet kitty, Penny! She sent thoughtful updates each day and always made sure Penny got what she needed (snuggles, play, or some tv time!). She also handled Penny’s complex feeding and made sure she had all her meds completely correct. We’ll be sure to have Pamela back to watch Penny.”

“Super friendly and took great care of my kitties! Flexible and was accommodating, we were very happy we trusted her to care for our cats while we were on a trip. Highly recommend, she was respectful and a pleasure to interact with at every step of the way!”

About: I've cared for dogs and other pets for 15 years. I have experience in animal care and training for a variety of both domestic and exotic species. I'm an avid runner and I can keep up with the most active dogs! I know my work schedule about a month in advance so I know ahead of time when I will be available to care for your pet. I can drop in and visit your pet to give them some extra attention and care. I love being outdoors so I would love to take your dog on a walk or even a run if they have some extra energy!

About: I have grown up with dogs, raising all of them from puppies (starting at 10 weeks). I also worked for four summers at a dog daycare with dogs of all ages and breeds. At work, I learned how to perform basic grooming procedures, worked with many dietary plans and restrictions, and handled medications. I have also volunteered with shelter dogs and cats with various behaviors and needs. I currently work 4 day weeks, but I have ample free time on my days off I have included in my calendar. Let me know how I can best fit your pet’s needs. I have a dog of my own who is very timid and territorial, so I do not offer services in at my own place. However, I will treat your fur babies with the same love as my own.
About: I have been caring for my own pets for seven years, as well as helping others with their pets. I have three very well behaved dogs of my own! I really enjoy going for walks so bringing a new friend would be awesome! I am a full time student at UCC, and work part time at planet fitness on the weekends. I am almost always available in the evening. I provide my pets with the food and water they need, bathe and groom them regularly, go on walks and to the dog park and they are maintained with their vaccinations. I love animals very much so I also give them lots of love!
“Samantha was a quick study, efficient, kind, and was able to touch my skittish cat at first meeting! I was so worried but she took my worries away and was so happy to get her reassuring words and pic while I was away. I was also happy to learn Sam is a local which provided even more assurance and even though I live a ways out she was willing to travel to me where others I contacted all said I was out of their area. I really liked her and my kitty Jack did as well, straightforward and got the job done. Thanks Sam, you were a life saver!”

Whether your dog is energetic and playful or calm and shy, I provide patient, loving care and treat every dog as if they were my own. Pet sitting fits well into my weekly routine. I work Monday–Friday from 9–5, which allows me to provide care before work, during my 1-hour lunch break, and after work. I’m also fully available on weekends, allowing for flexible scheduling, extended visits, and overnight care if needed. Throughout the day, I incorporate playtime and interactive sessions to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. During midday lulls, I set aside moments to engage in bonding activities, ensuring they feel loved and cherished. Evenings are dedicated to additional play, grooming, and relaxation, allowing our pets to unwind. By creating a structured routine, I maintain consistency in their care, which in turn fosters a strong and trusting relationship with our beloved pets. About: I am passionate about our animal friends and hope to add more pet play to my daily life! I especially love pup time and am always excited to meet more friends. I’d love to help you and your family by offering quality, caring service to your pets. (: As a lover of animals of all kinds, I take joy in tending to, caring for, and spending quality time with your pets! I’d love to meet them and give them the care and attention they deserve! I do have a service dog that I bring with me for work/school. He is good with cats and other dogs, if you have any questions feel free to ask! (: Currently I’m going to school part time MWF. I am available in the mornings/evenings those days as well as overnight! I’d love to work around your schedule and to help make things as accessible as possible! Currently I am not offering boarding or daycare in my home. I am in a shared living space and unfortunately don’t have enough room for more furry friends at this time.
About: Compassionate, communicative, safety focused and respectful of my clients and their buddies of all different shapes and sizes! not to mention we live in such a beautiful part of the world and dogs just make it so much better to share with! I can be the good guy or the stern guy, all depends on the situation and the needs of your babies! I’m a merchandiser for a well known pet food company so well versed in animal nutrition. My dogs dabble in Top Dog events here and there so I’m definitely well versed in the challenges of some breeds and I’ve also been a house/animal sitter (all types of animals large and small) pretty solidly for the last few years with Trusted Housesitters. I have 5⭐️ reviews for all of my sits, repeat sits and more importantly life long friendships with my clients and their animals. Let’s just say that I have a ton of furry nieces and nephews 🤣 I’m taking the plunge with ROVER to keep active, to continue my flexible income goals and to support my stupidly expensive fishing habit. But all jokes aside this is ridiculously serious to me because it’s a nightmare when you can’t take a holiday or travel or focus on work because you don’t have the trust or faith that your pets will be cared for at the same level as you do. A few years of Veterinary Tech and Grooming work gives me a fairly mature and solid base of animal husbandry practices and procedures that is always an asset as well as SO MUCH LOVE and APPRECIATION that we get to be loved back by all the critters! Pet care encompasses every waking hour because I’m a dog mom of three! In saying that I can’t afford the perfect life of hanging out with my dogs 24/7 although I keep trying! I’m super flexible with my job. No set hours so whatever suits your pets needs/schedule works for me! Socializing, insane nature walks, or sitting at a picnic table or bench just taking it all in and reflecting, because you 💯 know that our pets are the masters of reflection and taking it all in❤️Flexibility and open mindedness makes everyone’s life better. I don’t offer my home for boarding but we do live on 10 acres of property that is full of madrone trees, creeks, challenging terrain or relaxing flat logging roads for an epic leg stretch! Every animal is different and has their own individual needs and wants so once we assess those we can create a program that will be pure stoke for your pet! I’m an outdoorsy chick who is always scouting for fish so my walks are generally planned around a watershed for the most part. One thing that I can promise you is that there’s a good chance your pet will be pretty pumped to see me again🫶 Your home=your rules🤙
About: I can care for a wide variety of animals. Care will include lots of physical and mental stimulation, as well as anything else you’d like! Let me know if your animal(s) needs any additional care such as medication administration or needs to be kept separate from other animals, and I will be more than happy to accommodate your animal’s needs. There will also be an opportunity to become a private client to avoid the insane Rover fees, so you can save money and I get the full amount that you pay! (Currently, Rover takes 20% of my pay AND charges you even extra!) I do have full time school 3 days a week, so will be gone a good part of the day during those days. Dogs are required to be crated while I’m away. I will do my best to be flexible and use effective communication with all my clients. I have 2 dogs, a cattle dog and a golden retriever. I also have 2 cats at home as well. Let me know in advance if your animal(s) are reactive or aggressive to people or dogs. All dogs will have plenty of physical and mental exercise, and anything else that they need during the day. Bring toys, food, leashes, crates, and whatever else is needed at drop off.
