I discovered my love for all animals during my two year veterinary assistant training I took in high school. I went on to work at a local vet clinic after high school where I cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, and rats of all ages and abilities. I was also very fortunate to learn the basics of caring for toads, turtles, snakes, and chickens as I worked at a 4-H Center for a year. About: I’m a loving person. I had two dogs myself (1 I adopted) it’s a lot of hard work but I wouldn’t trade it in for the world. I promise to take care of anyone’s dog as if it was a child which is what dogs are to families children not just animals. They’re the best non humans you could ask for! Sometimes all dogs need are love and attention and we are not always there to give it to them, kind of like humans. I always try to play with mine even if I’m busy from school work just to show him he’s not forgotten. About: Over the past year, I’ve enjoyed pet sitting for close friends and neighbors several times. The pets and I have gotten along so well, I decided it was something I wanted to do more often. My primary work has a rotating schedule so be sure to reach out earlier than later! Willing to work with you to get the care you need. My open days vary each week but will always be available 5 out of 7 days and the days that I am off, I am extremely flexible, happy to work with you on what fits your and your pets needs best! I am unable to care for other dogs at my own home due to have 3 dogs of my own. But more than happy to come to your home and love on your pets while you’re away as if they were my own! About: As a college student and lifelong dog lover, I have cared for my own dogs for years, gaining experience with all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’m currently working part-time and I am free on the weekdays after 5. Unless you schedule in advance then I can move my schedule around for your doggie! Other than that I am home most of the day and on weekends. Creating a safe, cozy space with routine, exercise, and affection is key.
