About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was 10, from my own pets to helping care for neighbors’ and family members’ pets. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with different personalities, routines, and care needs. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, bathing, administering medication, and providing overnight care. Most importantly, I want every pet to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care, and I’m always happy to give them the same attention and care I’d want for my own pets. I’m able to make pet care a regular part of my weekly routine and can be flexible with different schedules and pet needs. I’m comfortable providing walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, medication, and overnight care. I’m happy to care for pets in their own home, where they can stay comfortable in a familiar environment. I’ll follow their usual routine, keep them supervised and safe, and make sure they receive plenty of attention, playtime, food, walks, and any medication they need.
“I was pleased with Karsyn taking care of my Maggie while I was gone for a few days over Thanksgiving, She arrived on time and stayed the hour that she was assigned. She made sure to send me pictures and updates on the days she was here. I used her as a drop in caregiver for just a few days to cover during the days my regular sitter wasn't available. The only problem I had was when I contacted her I didn't realize her profile information hadn't been updated. I wanted someone to do overnight coverage which she wasn't available to do since the birth of her little boy. It all worked out as I had another gal covering the rest of the time. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
