About: I have a lot of hands on experience working with animals, working at an animal hospital. In my home life, I had a Treeing Walker Coonhound named Annie! We grew up together, and it often felt like she was my second sister. Towards the last two years of her life, I made it my priority to make sure Annie was as comfortable as possible. This meant taking her outside often because of her incontinence, as well as helping her up the stairs if she needed help. Since then, I have looked after the dogs of many friends and family, and I'm excited to meet yours! I work from home, and I make my own schedule, so I'm very flexible! The only times I would most likely not be able to care for your pets in over night stays would be the day before a holiday and the holiday (example: Christmas Eve and Christmas.) For those who need a caretaker during odd hours that other caretakers may not be able to fill, my flexible schedule could definitely work! Above all else, I want you and your pets to feel comfortable, safe, and happy with me, so how I care for them depends on their personalities, what you can tell me about them, and what they need to be their healthiest self. About: I have had cats all of my life and dogs for at least the latter half of it. I can care for sick and elderly dogs and cats and can administer medications, even by subcutaneous injections. I am a mature man, available on a regular basis. My Golden Retriever and I look forward to sharing our time with your beloved pets. I do not have a fenced yard, and I do own a Golden Retriever. So, I do have limitations and restrictions when it comes to boarding. About: I’m a retired healthcare worker, mom, Nana to three grandchildren and 4 furry grandbabies. I’ve had many of my own fur babies overs the years but none currently. I’ve been house/pet sitting for the past two years through Trusted Housesitters and have cared for dogs, cats, chickens and even Bearded dragons from the northeast to the west coast and loved all of them! The sits were anywhere from two days to three weeks. I am comfortable with young pets to seniors and have no problem administering medication if needed. “Hannah has loved animals her entire life. All of her toys as a kid were animal related. She had a white lab, Samantha, when she was very young and always took tried to care for "her" dog. As she grew up, Hannah had a variety of pets ranging from rabbits, to hamsters to fish and frogs. Her favorite animal was always a giraffe. We are thankful there were no shelter giraffes in our area. If the teacher needed a student to take the class animal home for the holidays, Hannah always volunteered. She provides Fynn with everything he could need from toys, to cookies, to medicine to plenty of activities to keep Fynn in shape. Fynn loves Hannah and is very sad when Hannah is not around. Hannah continues to watch other dogs when their owners need some help. The owners know their pets will be in good hands when they're with Hannah.”
